First time and I'll be coming back. 18 items picked up from my home and dropped back. Each piece was perfect including a black leather jacket. Thank you for your fantastic and quality service. Highly, recommended.

Great service. Fast returns. No issues. They're good value, I get my 5 shirts for $20. Definitely worth it to not have to iron.

I Had my trousers burnt in the fire. I was never contacted after leaving my details straight after the fire.
In September I followed this up and was told I would be contacted.
In October I submitted a stat dec and was not contacted
In November I gave my bank account details for a refund and was not contacted
In December I followed up and was told I would be contacted. Not contacted
In January I spoke to David Hudson and was told I would be contacted and so far no response.
They have had time to relaunch there store but I am still out of pocket for my work trousers.

It definitely leaves some questions about the integrity of this business

Service was amazing, took my wedding dress in after picking it up from a dressmaker and finding a purple stain. I was in tears and the staff were just wonderful with me. They called about 2 hours later telling me they were able to get the stain out. Will be using them again.

Gave a tuxedo shirt to dry clean, the shirt buttons were burned/ half melted when I got it back from them.

I had a white dress I took in to get dry cleaned. They were so lovely and managed to get all the stains out! Very happy customer:)

Best place for getting suits dry cleaned. I have to go from Pointcook but i don't mind it given their service.

I have been a regular customer since mid 2017. One of the most professional and friendly services in the area.

3 weeks I have waited for curtains that were only meant to be a week! I understand that they had to send them to the big depot! But seriously, if you say something then you should mean what you say! I will never use them again. And if I could post minus 5 stars, i would! They do not get back to you when they say they will, and keep feeding you bulldust because they are incompetent and can't get the job done!

I have taken work shirts here to be dry cleaned. They advertise same day service but the few times I have been there early in the morning they advised they could not offer same day service and earliest I could get the shirts back was in 2-3 days. Some shirts still had creases in it and I had to iron them once I got home as I was not happy with it. Overall not too satisfied and I won't be returning. Thanks anyway.

Worst customer service you will ever meet. Called to ask about the possibility of an after hours pick up and was told that they don't do pick ups? What does that even mean. Then on my day of picking up I was a little late and tried to call 10 mins prior to them closing, and of course phone was switched off. I then arrived with 2 minutes to spare and they had locked the doors, stood there and knocked. Girl looked at me and then decide to hide out the back along with the other employee at the time, they stood there peaking around the corner for 20 mins before coming out looking me dead in the eye and turning the lights off. I now have no clothes to wear and will probably get fired from my job. Thanks though

The experience my family member had encountered a week ago from 1 of the staff members was so upsetting and unprofessional. The items were dropped off on the Monday morning (9am) and my family member had requested pick up no later than Wednesday. My issue is not with the company, its the staff member that served us with negative professionalism when dealing general public. We have supported our local in Werribee for many years, and very disappointed with the reaction received. Our family member has decided to use another Masters Drycleaners in Malvern closer to her work place who have always been reliable and accommodating, the customer services is brilliant. If in doubt, and apology would have been acceptable in the first instance and not blame!
