My life Worst experince very bad customer service. I never ever recommend anyone to go them. I’m very disappointed.

Well I wasn't very happy with their service and the attitude.
I asked how much would it cost for the whole suit before I gave it for dry Clean, and when I went to collect it I was charged 25$ extra (because I had an extra tie and vest, however why wasn't I told when I asked the price while giving these things to you?) Telling someone that it will be $35 and then charging $60 once the service is done is deceiving.
The customer service is rude as well.

If I could give zero I would. I’ve been waiting 6 months for an answer on where my coat is and have been in 3 times with everytime the assistant saying they’ll call me back or accusing me of never putting it in. I asked for them to check their cameras as I did and each time they say they’ll call me back and guess what never have and haven’t taken ownership. The coat I bought from Myer in April and was $220 pretty much brand new. Rubbish customer service

No more Cash. No more customer. It was a great service but doing cashless trading is not a good idea. I'm going elsewhere sorry.

Not impressed I was charged an extra stain fee after I dropped off dress which was inspected with no stains.

Unfortunately I was mislead into believing my clothes were being dry cleaned not washed and pressed. For years as a loyal customer this had never been explained. But I also never had a need to question it. That is until they shrunk some clothes I bought from K-mart as emergency clothes.

Again, I was not concerned, I planned to give them to charity anyway. I just wanted to bring it to their attention. It was their staff that took the clothes and said I would receive a discount or replacement once management saw how much they'd shrunk. She said it should never have happened. I even said they were $20 pants and the shirt was cheaper.she checked the label and said the shirt should not have been dry cleaned as the label said not too. But the pants said they were dry cleanable. I said it was my fault with the shirt then, no probs. I was told, no. They're supposed to check anyway.

When I went back to pick up my order. Another person served me. I was also given back the shrunken shirt and pants and was assertively advised they were found to have no fault. I said there was no fault, they were shrunk. She advised they assessed them and found no shrinkage. I showed her the sleeve on my arm and tried to show the length of the legs and reduced waist but the person did not want to engage. I advised her that the other person had taken them because they were obviously shrunk. I also said the shirt had been my fault for not seeing the label said do not dry clean.

The person said they did not dry clean my clothes They're washed, dried and pressed. This is where i was a little shocked. I advised I did not come here for a wash and press, i paid for dry cleaning. She said and i quote. "you can take that up with management. " I said she was being rude and had just lost a long term loyal customer over a $20 pair of pants

(Wash n press. This may explain 2 other pants that are dry clean only having a damaged zip and the other degraded seams, but I didn't even question these in the past. Just accepted these things happen)

When I Rang head office, explained what happened I was advised that if I were to dry clean my shirts it would cost a lot more than I pay. I advised it was not the point, They're a dry cleaners and I should have been explained this and been given the choice

Flew down for a Birthday from Brisbane May 2022. I had a Jacket to dry clean and called this place and they were so kind to say yes. They had it ready the next day.
The lady I dealt with was very kind. Very professional service. I highly recommend as i had some strains on the white arms of my jacket and they done a extremely good job getting the strains out.

Had my wedding clothes dry cleaned through this company, came back with what locked like animal fur all over the garment. Looks worse than before it went in.
To the credit of the staff, they contacted me and apologised, additionally offered to correct the situation and gave it refund.
Unfortunately due to time constraints andothercommitments, I couldn't accept the offer to correct the situation.
I have to thank them for their quick support.

Dropped our woollen doona in to be cleaned as we live on the road. Received a message late Friday afternoon (dropped it in Wednesday morning) that the doona was ready for collection. Collected it Saturday morning. It was supplied in a new carry bag - which I offered to leave, because it looked too good. Thanks for the fast and efficient service! Awesome!

Love this place.pick up is always a day or more early than expected, the lady is always polite and friendly and probably most importantly everything comes back brand new!

Not worth the headache. I dropped my shirt off to get ironed and it came back with yellow stains on it, many months and visits later the stains are still there. Still waiting on a refund and reimbursement for damages.

Very professional dry cleaners. They do a great job at reasonable rates. Deb is wonderful and coordinated the drop off and pick up smoothly.
