Love the attention to detail when working on difficult stains. I always drop my business shirts off and they have an amazing turn around time. Always friendly and open 7 days is a huge bonus.

This place left a stain on one of our garments, left a rip in one and lost the button from another! DEFINITELY won’t go back!

Worst experience ever. Go somewhere else. Quoted $450 for dry cleaning and preservation of a wedding dress which I was told it would be preserved in a box. I dropped my $8000 wedding dress off at the end of November- was told it would be ready in January. Called in Jaunuary- still not ready. Waited until March and did not hear a single thing about my dress being ready until I called & was told it was ready. No reason at all why there was a delay. No apology offered. And the worst thing is when I went to pick it up- it’s not preserved in a box. It’s judt been rotating on the dry cleaner rack the whole time. The staff just told me to call the manager during the week & still charged me for the dress! Please do yourself a favour and stay away!

Priced garments extremely unfairly by inorrectly assuming they were of higher quality/cost. This doubled our bill when we had to pick up items and we were told that it was too late to correct. This is exfremely disappointing considering the reputation of the busienss. No longer going here and encourage others to do the same.

From my first call to Master Dry Cleaning, to the drop off of my cleaned and well presented goods, my experience with these guys has been a breath of fresh air. Not only was the level of customer service excellent, but so too was the dry cleaning service delivered - and free pick up / drop off of my goods. These guys are seriously the best - no job is too big or too small. Brilliant service - drop off at home or at work - never a problem - not at all. I'm lucky enough to live in Albert Park and they are a local institution. And the replacement button service is brilliant. I cannot recommend Master Dry Cleaners enough!

Masters is one of Melbourne's best kept secrets. Most of us don't have time to drop off, then collect our drycleaning - so fancy having a service that picks up twice per week from your house and drops back - at the same price as taking it in yourself. Just wait 'til more people hear about it.

Honestly, two words. OUTSTANDING service. Best invention ever with mobile service, I don't have time for drop off and pick ups. This company went above and beyond with communication. I would highly recommend. I had 14 garments cleaned, blazers, dresses, skirts, shirts, woollen jumpers. High standard of cleaning.
