My item had a stain on it and ctually came back worse! No comment from them re stain nd tried to charge more for getting stain out.
Really unfriendly people especially the lady.

I had a dress dry cleaned twice because it wasn’t done properly the first time. Even after the second time it wasn’t clean. I spoke with the multiple staff members over the phone and each time I was assured their manager would call me to resolve the issue (I had advised I was simply seeking a refund for the item as I had to take it somewhere else to be cleaned properly). The manager never bothered to call me. Terrible cleaning service and terrible customer service.

Absolutely rude!
The driver of the vehicle abused and swore because I couldn’t turn right while I was around the shop making a turn! Such rude behaviour - I have never experienced in Melbourne city!

If you treat people like this around your business - I can only imagine what kind of service people get!

We recently tried to have a doona dry cleaned at Master Dry Cleaners (Albert Park).
Over many weeks we had no communication from the business, we continually had to follow up to try and get any information from Daniel and his team. Eventually we were advised that they had lost our Doona.
Rather than offering us compensation for the replacement value of the Doona, Daniel and his team have attempted to transfer us a portion of the replacement cost and then offered store credit towards the remaining value. We have rejected this offer multiple times since Daniel has lost our Doona, however he has not responded (which is representative of their previous service). We look forward to taking the matter further and would recommend any other customers approach this business and their other franchises with caution given our experience.

Shirts, pants, jackets - always come back cleaner than when they went in! Great service, great pickups, great people!

I will never use this dry cleaner again! I will tell my family and friends to stop going there too! Daniel has no concept of customer service and the owner David hasn't even bothered to return my call!

We have been using them weekly for over 25 years! Lovely staff, great communication and fast service.

Went out of their way to get it to me faster than was the standard, and was a really great job.

I chose to try for a second time to have dry cleaning done. I had a dress that went back 5 times yes 5 times as they did not fix it until I finally became angry. I just took my mattress underlay that on the material side had a stainfrom my cat. I pointed it out and said please remove this as nothing else has an issue. It was a small area, i went to pick up 3 days lster, i opened the mattress cover to chec, k, yet again found it not fixed LAST TIME THIS PLACE IS NOT PROFESSIONAL, THEY PAY NO ATTENTION TO DETAIL WHEN SHOWN AND ASKED TO FIX. ALL YOU GET TOLD IS I'LL DO IT AGAIN, WHEN QUESTIONED WHY NOT FIXED WHEN ASKED TO, RESPONSE IS DON'T KNOW I NEVER SERVED YOU! OMG disgracefull service.

Zero stars. Awful service. Dropped off a jumper for dry cleaning, picked it up and they had broken the previously working zip. Was told to return in a week as they would repair it.

Returned twice over the next three weeks to be told on each occasion to come back later. Never once was I contacted by them. On querying the still unrepaired garment the third time, was advised by the manager that repair could not be made as they could not source the appropriate coloured zip to replace (I have no interest in replacing with the wrong colours).

The attitude of complete lack of care for the garment which THEY damaged in the first place, along with no communication from them in the interim was terrible. Definitely one to avoid!

I had a terrible experience there. Their service is really bad.
My new sunscreen left a yellowish stain on the white collars of my dress. The staff charged me extra to clean the stain. But when I was picking up the dress, only one side of the collars was cleaned - there was obvious stain on the other side. I insisted them to wash it again. Then they did clean the stain but left some very obvious and disgusting dirt on the other side of my dress.
The attitude of their staff was really bad the whole time. It was not hard to clean the stain. I got the same thing on my hat and cleaned it with basic detergent.
I would never be back again.

Master Dry Cleaners are the best dry cleaners by far. Outstanding results every time, excellent customer service and customer care. Fantastic family business. Highly recommended wouldn't go anywhere else.

Took our stained shirts for 3 weeks to get them white, then refused to take any money because "they took so long". Legends.

Very bad service. Doesnt even look like it was even dry cleaned. My dress is still very creased lime not even pressed. Will now have to iron it myself. Paid $26 for nothing

Very poor experience. Master Drycleaners Albert Park ruined my shirt which they promised to send for repairs or in the event the shirt could not be repaired a cash reimbursement was to be provided. It has been over two months with no update and no resolution. Extremely disappointed given I was such a loyal customer - I would take all of my business shirts/ pants in for drycleaning on a weekly basis. I will not be returning nor will any of my friends or family.

I dropped my trousers off at 6: 30pm and they were ready by 11am the next morning! Quick and reliable service.
