The company are truly amazing. I left them a message at 8.30pm on a Monday night in a complete panic needing 3 x gorilla costumes for the next day. Not only did they help me, package them and arrange an uber, they sent me the link to track it too. This is customer service that is above and beyond. I would have no hesitation in using them again. Best place to get a costume! They have everything you can think of, and more! Buy or hire, open Sundays for a last minute costume. Friendly staff and loads of options, highly recommend.

I have hired a few costumes from Masquerade. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and took my booking over the phone. They really took the time to make sure I was happy and displayed a high level of customer service. The costumes were clean and very high quality. I will definitely hire from them again in the future.

What an amazing shop with such an extensive range of costumes across genres. The team are equally as amazing, with an encyclopaedic
memory of the costume gems hidden upstairs. They work extensively to fit you out from head to toe with all the accessories you need to win the 'best dressed' award at your event. Go with their creativity and let them find something fabulous. They know what they are doing.

V helpful & friendly service. Great range of costumes. And we got accessories. They let us take the costumes well in advance and we've been given lots of time to drop them back too.

The team are absolutely amazingly helpful at assisting with all costume concepts and had the ability to adapt other costumes to suit a variety of ideas. I giess that only comes with the 30 plus uears experience these guys have. The range was huge and suuted many different thems ect.

Great range of Masquerade masks, I was really happy with the black material mask. The store is very tight so larger people or people in wheelchairs may struggle to navigate the inside of the store

11am am being fitted by super friendly and helpful staff (sorry ladies I am horrible with names and wpuld love to mention you cause u deserve it and more).
7.45pm.on way to event in costume and am being approached by random strangers in Melb CBD wanting to have their pics taken cause costume was so AWESOME. (have NEVER had this in my LIFE).
10.30pm. Winning awards.

I don't need to know anything else. These people made my first ever experience in costume magical and special beyond belief. I will NEVER go anywhere else looking for ANYTHING costume related.
