Maru Korean BBQ Box Hill

I love this place so much. Everything we ordered was 10/10. The quality of meat was good! The side dishes were also super good! Staffs were friendly and nice. I like all dishes especially Wagyu, handmade dumpling and Tofu soup. Looking forward to coming back and once again enjoying.

Delicious new kbbq joint that recently opened in boxhill.the wagyu was super tender, the fried chicken was seasoned and sauced to perfection.workers were super helpful and kind, and topped up our side dishes regularly.overall the vibes were great and it was the perfect ambience to chat with friends in.definitely go try it out!:)

The set up is modern, simple, so nice.
Real Korean cuisin, so delicious. Kimchi mandoo was the best! Cold noodle was so yummy as well. Pork set was great too. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Will definitely go back! ^^.

Went for a birthday night out and ordered the super expensive ($80/100g) wagyu which was still frozen! This took 30 minutes to be served while pork came out quickly.
Pork set seemed like a reasonable price.and jowl and neck was okay but comes without rice or complementary soup. Marinade was below expectation

Food is good at a reasonable price. But poor service. It's very hard to get the waiters attention and they speak very quietly in the restaurant with loud music.

Amazing! Absolutely amazing. Food is great. What’s better is the service received. We went there tonight for dinner and we have a toddler who needs a high chair. Staff advised that there’s isn’t enough high chair so we had to had our toddler sitting on our lap for a bbq session. The manager/owner came up and apologised and offered us something. This is totally unexpected and the gesture & service received is beyond our expectations! Thank you

Great place to have a meal with a big family and young children. Service is great and they make us feel so welcomed.

This place was great in service but in food it was a bit lacking and it was quiet loud, we told the boss and he said sorry and gave us 4 free drinks. After he tried the food that we didn’t like and tryed to improve, I give it a 4!

I highly recommend visiting this KBBQ restaurant located at Box Hill. Customer service were exceptional and food was spectacular. The combination set is perfect if you’re looking to have all different type of meats and they are all perfectly seasoned. The fried chicken at this restaurant just hits different, it was incredible! Overall vibes were immaculate and I highly highly recommend this KBBQ Joint!
