Marche Board Game Cafe reviews
69 Love it here.
Great spot to chill with friends with so many options to choose from.
Had the intention of learning new games but got hooked on Monopoly Deal for hours. Great fun highly recommended
LOVE LOVE LOVe THIS PLACE
whether it was karaoke or board games, the staff are always so helpful and nice, the atmosphere of the place is so soothing and calming, and there so many board games and karaoke rooms its great. And even the food and drinks are really nice, AND SUPPER AFFORDABLE PRICES FOR a good time: D
It's an ideal venue for friend gatherings. Helpful staff and a good selection of songs and boardgames. Nice food and beverages too. Will definitely go back for more karaoke sessions =)
A friendly reminder: BRING YOUR PHONE CHARGER as you need your phone to order songs.
It was lots of fun, I most definitely enjoyed every moment! I just wish there was a more private area for larger groups, we had a group of 11 and we are a loud and funny bunch, I felt bad for everyone else haha! Food was delicious, the iced chocolate was okay, probably wouldn’t get it again but overall so much fun and the aesthetics were awesome
Been going here since I was 17, always had a great time! We were recently serviced by Grey, who was a great server and took care of us very well. Thanks to them we had a great experience! Definitely looking forward to coming again.
Had a fantastic time there. Took my son for his 9th birthday and we played non stop for the whole 3 hours and were invited to play for longer. The games are very well maintained and the staff are just sensational. The food and drinks were top notch too. Really had nothing at all be less than fantastic - except getting beaten by my son in the games.
It was a nice experience. Definitely more value if you stay for longer. Had fun playing board games.
Pretty nice space. It can get quite busy/noisy/crowded but that can't really be helped in the city
Great selection of board games! Though, pricey with a $20 entry fee. Still pretty good considering.
I absolutely love it here! The food is delicious, the drinks are interesting, and there is such a large collection of games to choose from! Tonight we played a game for the first time so one of the staff members patiently taught us how to play. Thank you very much to Luke for helping us pick and play a game, we had a lot of fun! We will definitely be returning for more fun nights out, would definitely recommend!
We had so much fun at Marche! It was so refreshing to spend an evening away from the screens. There are so many cool board games to choose from, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the design is warm and inviting with cozy lights, lush plants and apparent brick walls.
We loved the staff's menu recommendations, the veggie dumplings and the lychee and mint drink were a perfect accompaniment to our board game fun.
We had a peek at the karaoke rooms - well appointed for a night of singing regardless of your abilities, no one cares as long as you enjoy it.
Thank you Ares and Marche Team!
3.5. The food was well priced but wasn’t anything special and the table was not cleaned and had to be asked to cleared. Good selection of board games but not all of them are in the best condition.
Atmosphere is very good and there is a wide selection of board games; the $18 dollar weekday deal for 3 hours of board games with a drink included is definitely worth it!
Their ice chocolate was nice and the milkshake as well. The Karaoke room was clean and nice.
Loved it
Cool place, fantastic games, the guy that works there is really knowledgeable of games. He helped us to choose games to play and they were a lot of fun!
Had a blast with my friend in the karaoke room lol! Yummy drinks and snacks! Couldn’t recommend more!
Great venue.amazing games selection, very reasonable food prices.my go to is the porkbelly noodle bowl.exceptionally friendly staff and well lit tidy venue.it gets exceptionally busy!
Great place to stop by and try new board games with friends! The staff there have a good idea of how to play the games so can give you a quick run down if the rules start getting too complicated. Tasty and easy finger food is available while you play. The karaoke booths are also great!
It's an okay place. The vibe is casual and student friendly. They have a range of boardgames. The place is small and can get crowded. The karaoke rooms are average.some faulty mics and some not working. Quite a few of the songs didn't have karaoke versions. So it was more of a sing along than karaoke. The food is a small variety of deep fried stuff. So basically, your average setting for karaoke and a chill time with friends.
This place has an awesome games library, good eats and drinks and plenty of karaoke rooms to hire, as well as tables to play games at.
My only thoughts are that they need to use coasters so games don't get damaged from liquids, and the collecting of used dishes is a bit slow. Other than that, it is a good time out for whatever your taste in games/music is.
