Awesome Japanese BBQ! Great menu choices and the Foie Gras fried rice is unbelievably good, a must try! Make sure to book in advance.

Fairly new place in town, nice ambient and operates by Japanese. Food quality is good especially their beef which is imported from Japan. Price is above average and get 5% discount for cash payment.

We called and managed to snag a table for the same evening - and what a delightful surprise it was!

Helpful staff, delicious food, competitive pricing, the ambience was lovely and there was plenty of space.

We'll definitely done again.

(Be mindful the lychee tea - and possibly other fruit punches - seems to contain coriander)

Amazing quality meat over a hot coal grill, really not much more is needed to be said. Very open space in each booth and great atmosphere.

The ambience of this place was really nice, but the food was okay. We did a set menu and the waiter was super friendly and helpful. Just didn't deliver on taste for me as much as I'd hoped.

Finally went to this place. While the meat was really good but it’s a bit overpriced. Me and my friend spent nearly $400 for lunch and i feel like I could eat more. Everything was normal except for the meat. I recommend trying meat instead of other things.
I noticed one thing that the waiters have asked us whether to order rice or not for at least five times. I feel tired and annoying. I mean if I m not hungry I will order ultimately, keep asking looks like they really wanna sell the main dish.

I would rate 0 star if I could.

Definitely overpriced and rip-off.

The Wagyu sets are hoaxes and jokes. It’s so expensive but the quantity given is so small. The $175 Wagyu sets comes with 3 plates of meat and each plate only comes with 3-4 very thin pieces of meat. We finished the meat sets in about 5 mins only as two people. If you try to order other meat plate individually will be more rip-off. Average one plate of meat costs about $50 and comes with 5 pieces, so that means each piece costs $10. Other dishes are also very expensive but tasted very regularly. We have spend over $400 as two people dining but still not feeling full.

Not worth of the price.

Not worth of coming here.

This is a fancy Japanese place. You feel like you are in Japan with the nice decor. The place is dark. They have wagyu meat and price is on the higher side (a dish cost $25 or more). I had their wagyu on rice bowl with egg, you can make it into a meal with miso soup, steamed egg and ice cream. I love it, the sauce that came separately was beautiful and sweet, and meat was tender and cut thinly, generous with amount too. My husband had their box of everything: sashimi, meats, & veggies. He said it’s ok but he was still hungry after, so not the best value of meal. Tried a bit of both matcha and black sesame ice cream, I would say their sesame one is the best! As in the best black sesame ice cream I ever had, doesnt have the grainy texture, and just right amount of sweet. Matcha ice cream was ok to me. Overall it was good experience if you want to take someone to a fancier meal, or a romantic meal.

We went here to celebrate a birthday after hearing nothing but good reviews - and let me tell you we were not disappointed.

As you enter the big wooden doors you are greeted with the dark Japanese inspired decor, the warm yellow lights lit along the restaurant created an intimate feel.

We ordered the follow and loved every dish
- Miso soup
- Hokkaido scallops
- A5 Japanese Wagyu Platter
- A5 short ribs & chuck rolls
- A5 Wagyu Ishinabe
- Wagyu Sushi
- Beef Curry

It is on the pricey side but it's worth the $$$$

Would highly recommend and definitely be coming back.

Booked Mother’s Day dinner here and was not disappointed! Best selection of Wagyu and the taste and texture was phenomenal. Sashimi was fresh and well presented. Absolutely perfect for a special dinner! They even gave us one free ice cream for our special day.

We enjoy our dinner so much. A bit pricey but good quality. If you are looking for a Japanese BBQ place in the easter suburbs, this is the place to go. Order the foei gras cawan mushi, it’s fantastic!

Its expensive but its worth every cent.

The service is phenomenal, the food and the meat gradings are deluctable and melt in your mouth. Cannot recommend or rate this place highly enough. The Sake options as well were exceptional.

Will be back again soon!

Authentic Japanese yakiniku (bbq) restaurant in Glen Waverly. We tried the A5 wagyu beef and M9 Oz beef combination, both were very good in different way. A5 was full of marbles so it was soft and smooth. M9 was tender and juicy. The omakase sashimi platter was another highlight too. The butterly toro was heavenly delicious. The wasabi was original directly crated from the plant root. The grilled seafood platter was so fresh.

Staff were polite and helpful. The only downside was the price, of course. However the lunch menu looks good too and more affordable.

Food and service was amazing. So delighted to have such fantastic service to accompany the mouth watering Wagyu. Truly a wonderful experience. Will come back, and will refer to family and friends! A+

Loved dining at Marble - the interior is well done, so many different dining areas and private rooms available. We had the banquet and enjoyed beautiful wagyu meat, foie gras rice, sashimi and more. Staff were very attentive and helped us on the grill. Highly recommend

Really liked the hida beef, which was very soft, juicy, and tasted exactly like the one I had in Shirakawa-go. Aside from that, the yakiniku experience was rather underwhelming. The staff seemed a bit inexperienced in cooking well done beef, and was a bit slow overall that we had to take over before our food got burnt.

The corn cheese was such a disappointment, there was barely any cheese in it. It's basically a cup of corn with a bit of shredded cheese on top. For $9 I expect to be able to do cheese pulls, but I got dry kernels instead.

The soft shell crab roll was good, but the aburi cheese unagi roll was again lacking cheese. I was expecting melted cheese on top, but it was just scattered bits of shredded cheese.

To be honest, their other menu items look interesting and I'm tempted to go back and try them, but if you wanted to eat yakiniku consider doing the cooking yourself, and if you wanted cheesy food, this is not the place for it.

Outstanding! The beef is the star of the show. The MS9+ and A5 is to die for and worth every penny. It's beautifully presented and the cuts were all full of flavour aand a variety of textures as you'd expect. The service was excellent and very friendly. We will definitely be back!

The clerks urged us to pay the bill for several times when we were stilll eating. We booked the table at 5: 00 pm and they said another booking is at 6: 30 pm. So rude! That's not the right way to make more money.an extremely bad experience.

Went to Marble Yakiniku so many times, finally making my review, the food was absolutely amazing, no doubt.the beef and wagyu are premium selections, very high quality! The staffs are friendly also the owner of the restaurant was really nice, he slices wagyu in front of us, the process was quick and clean! We had wonderful conversation. During the lockdown, we miss this restaurant and the foods, and we need to celebrate birthday, so we trying to order, but we were late for the delivery service or something, then we think of the time the owner gave us his contact details, so we tried to called him and explained what happened, he delivered our food by himself and even offer complimentary for the birthday party. Even you like BBQ and Sashimi, don’t miss out this place!
