Excellent drum teacher for our six year old blossoming Rock Queen. Very helpful with practice advice and tips and when purchasing her first drum got great support about what to purchase.highly recommend Manhattan Music for lessons and instrument purchase

Manhattan Music is an exceptional music school - in the words of my son who has been attending lessons for many years. Gino and the teachers at Manhattan provide a wonderfully welcoming environment for developing music skills and building confidence and the performance opportunities have been a real highlight.

The teachers are very good, they make the lessons quite interesting, my both girls like it. The owner and staff are very friendly, helpful and also flexible specially during the lockdown period. Once our piano had problems, Gino the owner helped me to solve the problems and he tried not to let me spend extra money on it, I really appreciated it.

My daughter has been with Manhattan music now for a few years. She originally started with piano and is now singing. Both with the same teacher whom she loves. Gino, the owner is wonderful, easy to liaise with. The premises are very student friendly and easily accessible. I highly recommend Manhattan music for all your music needs and lessons.

I've been so impressed with Manhattan Music! Once we signed up for music lessons, I found out it's a vibrant community of friendly, professional and passionate musicians. They have looked after my girls extremely well and the teachers communicate with parents both in person, and via phone/email if need be. It's supportive and encouraging, and I'm so glad that we found this little gem in Eltham. Because of the lockdown restrictions at the moment we are not allowed to attend classes in person, although zoom lessons work well as an alternative, which I prefer over nothing at all. They are also extremely accommodating of parents individual circumstances and for that I am grateful. I would highly recommend Manhattan Music as a great place to have music lessons for instruments or singing.

If you want to get tuition from highly talented and friendly people as well as be part of a music community, Manhattan Music is the place. A great music family and a wonderful place to learn your music.

Our Miss 9 has just started singing with MJ. In spite of COVID restrictions meaning we haven’t yet met face to face MJ was able to fully grasp my daughter as an alto, work through her song choices and appropriate practice scales and even realized that my bouncy little girl focused better by playing her own piano while practicing her singing. She even had her writing her own practice scales! With our older girls our family has been in and out of Manhattan music for over 15 years, Gino makes everyone feel like they are part of the family. Not only do they provide excellent teachers but great quality instruments as well. We have been super impressed by Manhattan Music’s ability to slide from studio to online. Well done guys.

Manhattan music is so helpful to my son, he love the teacher Laura, and he learned a lot songs, makes he happy he played violin every day. He can play happy birthday song for his classmates when who birthday day. So good …

My eight years old loves his vocal teacher at Manhattan Music. The vocal class is the only out-of-school class he is interested in going to. Gino and the team there are super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend it to kids at any stage of their musical journey.

My daughter has been taking vocal lessons here for a number of years and she loves it. They nurture and encourage their students so much and their live performances are always amazing. Gino is lovely and always nice to deal with. We've just extended our 30 minute sessions to an hour because she enjoys it so much. They're great!

Outstanding teachers. The level of compassion and care for the kids by teachers and staff is amazing. My kids have flourished with their piano playing and music reading since enrolling at Manhattan.

Waste money and waste the time my two kids didn’t learn anything and kept changing teachers like every four weeks

Manhattan School of Music Rocks! If you are looking to learn or improve I can recommend these guys enough. You won't find teachers as passionate at what they do anywhere else in the area. If you want to make some serious progress and have fun doing it give them a call, you wont be disappointed.
