Mandarin Bistro

It’s our 5th time here and this place just does not disappoint. So lucky to have this restaurant so close to home. The owners Nick & Bella are very friendly and always up for a small chat. I just can’t recommend this place enough.

Once again we were greeted by lovely and bubbly hostess Belle. We love this little gem in our leafy Vermont ; a fantastic addition to the few restaurants we already had.
…and probably the best choice Vermont has to offer!
Loved the wild mushroom composition and the pumpkin pancakes as a nibble, generous serving for 2 people sharing.
Then the Baramundy and the twice grilled chicken.
Great combination butter/hazelnut on the crispy skin for the fish.
King fish sashimi, an excellent choice of firm texture and delicate seasoning.
Donuts the size of an apricot, so delicious and reminded me what mum used to make for us as kid after school!
Chocolate tart for dessert, excellent chocolate quality! Belle convinced me that I should be able to walk home even with the rich taste of this dessert…
Prices are more than reasonable and we are wishing this small team all the best in their business venture!
The restaurant was full tonight but this didn’t affected the great professionalism of Belle the front manager who always has a smile and a kind word for her patrons.
We love this place and hope that their hard work will take them to success.
