Mama Falafel

Mama Falafel not only provides great food, but also incredible service. My friend Yoni and I were both highly impressed by both Ben and Kiana’s exceptional customer service skills. Additionally, the food was delightful and was served on natural wooden platters, which enhanced the overall experience. I would greatly recommend coming to try out their famous classic chicken burger. Thanks so much for the incredible service, looking forward to coming back again soon.

I really like the food here however depending on who serves you its hit and miss.

The quality of the food is excellent, following all the standards of Kosher food. You get quick service and friendly staff for support. One can also order for catering. Good sitting arrangement for people in the outside, inside and in courtyard at the back. Must try Middle Eastern Wrap, Plate, Fries and the Blends. They do keep gluten free wrap.

Falafel pocket was good but the eggplant wrap was not so good as the eggplant was not cooked properly.

Not impressed with the new ownership. This used to be my favourite place for falafel in Glasgow but the wrap I got recently was dry & had nothing in it apart from falafel and lettuce (no pickles / olives / other salad items). They also missed my order in the queue and ended up giving wraps to a group of four ahead of me. It's a shame.

The food was cold and soggy. The salad in the wrap was watery. My partner and I both found it so unenjoyable. Difficult to eat. I felt a bit sick after. I don’t know how a wrap can go so wrong…

DONT RISK YOUR LIFE! My husband and I both ate here for lunch on Monday and we were violently by their salads. My husband was worried as the food didnt look fresh and despite his instincts we proceeded to eat the food. The council have been very helpful and advised this was not the first time. Please stop playing with peoples livelihoods and do things by the books!

Got food poisoning from this last Monday. Still sick now. Conditions inside looked suspect at the time and I regret ordering and eating the mixed plate from here. Notified the council health inspector apparently not their first rodeo. Avoid if you value the integrity of your bowels!

Average Felafel, but quite pricey.
There are much better Felafel available elsewhere for less $.

Did a couple of hours shopping in Elsternwick and before I knew it lunchtime was upon us. I figured we may as well eat at Mama Felalfal rather than make a mess at home with takeaway so we ordered two pita pockets, a side of chips and a tropical juice.

Chips were nothing special but the pita was very filling and the juice super refreshing. I got chicken in mine but would probably try beef/lamb next time. Hubs enjoyed his felafel

Good food, Shame about the tiny serving size. The meat for 4 is big enough for one! The salads were a reasonable size. The price was double what I would expect for the amount received. The service was lacking. Had to ask for plates, cutlery, water & glasses. Pick up your act guys.

The food here is sensational, but the service is what makes this place 5 stars. Everyone is so friendly, kind & accomodating.

Fresh soft falafel and staff very accomodating and friendly every time I’ve been there in the last few months since my first visit.

I ordered a kebab today. They obviously lost my order because it took ages and people who came after me were served before me. Finally got my order handed to me with "here you go". You can't afford such bad service and lack of courtesy for such an ordinary kebab.

Rude and unprofessional staff. No physical distancing in store. Not following covid precautions. Takes ages to prepare food. Racism on drivers

Great food, great customer service and best falafel in town. Hands down everything you could ever ask for.

The staff dont care about delivering the food to customers on time and they show arrogance towards everyone.

Wowowow i was siting outside the front about coupl month ago (cue the weekago by bobby shmurda) lolololo oWo then long slender arabina man come to give big burger he was a bit harsh but nevertheless it was good there woamn who took order she was good but very cold outside so maybe sit inside food was outstanding would go there again try this [place_ i love it you will too
