Myself & my Husband are very very happy at main St Medical beautiful friendly helpful receptionists and Doctors E.t. C? They always do their best to make sure you get really good care.

Been my doctors for years. Always can help me when I need even if there so so busy. Great friendly doctors.

After being with a GP for 20 plus years and not being able to get there I found myself trying to find a clinic with Doctors who would hear what I had to say after visiting 4 other GPs I was recommended to give Mail Street Medical a try and I saw a Doctor on Saturday who took the time to listen and was willing to work with me in managing my condition I received the treatment I required and am so grateful that I have found this clinic.

My son have been vomiting and diarhea.not familliar with the place as i and my son was staying at family violence accomodation in lilydale.we went first to medical center of lilydale but didnt accept us.i was really worried cause my son cant walk due to stomach pain.then staff of medical centre of lilydale told me to walk a bit further and try in mainstreet medical center i was carrying my son under the rain as i dont have a car.then the receptionist are very kind she accomodate us and give my son a little bit of favor for giving a time slot earlier than i expected and i am very much grateful thank you so much.godbless your clinic.

The place seemed a little unfriendly, but the catalyst was Dr Brices’ very rude and uncalled for comment about my weight. I went there for a reason that had nothing to do with the way my body is. I understand he was trying to help, but he said and I quote “you certainly like your tucker dont you? ” And continued talking about my weight and possible health risks while I was visibly uncomfortable. Just because I am larger than the average girl does not automatically mean I am unhealthy. I exercise daily and I actually eat nutritious food. It was extremely unnecessary and ill-mannered of him to say that.

Dr Geoff Brice is an excellent GP, takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and makes sure you understand what he is talking about. Highly recommend.

Has a great range of doctors, services and a chemist all in the one place. Staff are really friendly and it really clean.

Took my two year old for an appointment today and found the manner of Dr Warburton to be unprofessional, unfriendly and cold. It's clear he is not comfortable dealing with young infant patients, but there is no need to be rude when dealing with sick people. What happened to a decent bedside manner?

The new middle aged female reception with the accent was so rude to me, and to the poor elderly gent waiting in line behind me. My actual time in of seeing my Gp- Colman, was as calm and professional as always.

Very well managed from start to finish. I booked on line after being SMS's the booster vaccine was now available. This was also the case for the first twice vaccines. It was painless in more ways than one. Good effort team at the Medical Centre in Lilydale.

Really good doctor, no waiting around, lovely receptionist, awesome pharmacist in the same building.

A professional, friendly clinic, long opening hours and a nurse & chemist on site. All staff are really efficient & helpful and appts.usually run like clockwork. They go out of their way to fit
in urgent appts too! They offer a broad team of kind, committed doctors with various specialities and interests so that everyone's needs are covered. I highly recommend this clinic.

Hardly waited at all. Doctors very accommodating and sorted issues quickly. Admin staff lovely as well.

Everyone was helpful, the seats were well distanced, and the doctor giving me my booster was excellent. Since the three medical centres in Lilydale have similar names and even more similar acronyms, I had trouble locating this one, but the pharmacist adjacent kindly walked out onto the street with me and led me to the door. Thank you!

Receptionist very helpful and friendly. Doctor Fung was very easy to talk to and was great with my toddler, making him feel at ease. We will be making this or regular gp from now on.

Roll out of the vaccinations has been fabulous and staff very cheerful during a difficult time.

Went there for 3rd COVID-19 shot. Walked into 289 Main St Lilydale Medical Clinic and was told that for COVID-19 shots it was 2 doors down. Perhaps the booking should have been for 285 Main St Lilydale

Reception are lovely, accommodating and supportive but the genuine service and care stops there. On three separate occasions I have attended with my toddler for weekend or on-the-day appointments where our usual GP is not available. On the first occasion, I was advised to withold pain relief for him and that there was no sign of infection. Turned out upon visiting his regular GP the next day that he did in fact have a raging ear infection. The next visit was with similar symptoms and the same advice was given.only to be given antibiotics once reminded of past visit. The third visit was just disgraceful. Incompetent practitioners with little to no bedside manner.

Excellent medical clinic. Fantastic reception staff. Very friendly and helpful! Great drs aswell
