My wife and I went here prior to the Football and had a great lunch (Calamari Salad and MEH Salad) with very attentive staff and lovely atmosphere.

Regular go to for well priced good pub grub. Their seated restaurant section has a more elaborate menu and they have a decent and well priced beer menu be it bottle or on tap. Plenty of sports screens if you need a spot to watch a game of something.

Fine but the escalators are on the wrong sides of each other. Walking in, the foward escalator is on the right hand side, which is unusual, causing confusion

Plus extreamly flash and clean rest rooms.

Don't enjoy going here really. But if you're in the area and want a drink and to watch some sport there aren't many other options especially late at night.

Good access and plenty of room for a qwuick bit to eat and coffee. The eggs and bacon were a bit cold but still edible. Staff are very polite.

The staff really made the difference in our dining experience. The food was well made, tasty and enjoyable. Prices were reasonable and drinks delightful. Our table setting was pleasant and we left happy.

Met here for a reunion. Easy access via tram or rail and central to everyone.
Multi level vfc el but has escalators and lifts. Wheel chair friendly. Male and female toilets. Disabled toilets.
Large kitchen serves bar meals and restaurant. Prices reasonable. Well staffed who are polite and curtious.

Paid $18 for this and a coke. Taste was good but portion was well below par. Presentation, well, see for yourself. After spending 15mins (not over exaggerating) trying to confirm our order with the staff then the manager who didn't help either and was quite rude. Not going back considering the amount of other quality places to go in Melbourne.

I ordered the Chicken Parmigiana and it was too much for one person. They probably should downsize the chicken fillet. The place was kinda empty.probably coz it was a weekday. Overall it was a good place to go to.

Staff are amazing. Friendly aporoachable amd not to mention some very strapping lads ;) security makes things feel a little tense the way they walk around but probably needed for such a big space. If Ur a pokies fan - sadly the machines aren't paying out since the new machines came in.

Great pub. Aesthetically beautiful, friendly staff, cool clientele, I can say in all honesty and without prejudice you should do yourself a favour and head in for a drink or a meal.

People respect each other there so its a safe venue for every one and great friendly staff great security cards open till 3am for night fun as well as day

Our food was perfect. Its great to see an inner city Pub where the Chef shows passion and care behind what theyre doing. The entire front of house staff was friendly and inviting, table service was great too. My entire family enjoyed themselves, would reccomend a meal and a beer to anybody passing by

On a recent visit to Melbourne, our accomodation was just around the corner drom the Hotel. Very easy access to Southern Cross station and all the local trams so a great meeting place. Fantastic big breakfast and the staff were all friendly and very helpful.

L always enjoy the Mail Exchange. The machines are different but today l won a little on most of those l tried. The staff are friendly and very helpful. As usual l got offered a hot chocolate so stayed a little longer which allowed me to win extra. Always good to leave with more than l start with.

Meals n service excellent as usual, though would have liked the option of a choice of smaller meals at lunchtime. Thoroughly enjoyed what I had but couldn't do it justice. Staff excellent as usual.

Simple but thoughtful design. Nice atmosphere. We had a group of 15 and everyone were more than satisfied with food. Those bad boys fries and parmigiana were the bomb. Well done for the pub meal!

Welcoming and warm, despite our crazy Tuesday midnight drop in after the comedy festival. Drinks were well priced, facilities clean and appealing on the eye, and staff were friendly.

This is an odd one. We went there for a truffle degustation dinner not knowing the venue. It's a proper pokies pub with a bistro. The food was pretty good and on point for the price but think of this as great for that type of bistro but don't expect one of Melbourne's fancier degustations. Perhaps if we'd been before our expectations would have been lower but all in all they did a decent job.
