Madina Halal Meats

I ordered 1 portion of goat and 1 portion of beef for Qurban, when i went there to collect, i received 2 portion of goat, they were saying i ordered 2 goat, then after some time they managed a pack of beef. Came back home and opened pack and found out the beef portion is full of bones, no other organ of beef, its Qurban, i didn't buy curry piece full of bones. Compare to last year, its a shame. However, goat portion was good.

Always fresh meat. Tried others halal meat shop but no comparison. Definitely recommend this shoP for all halal meat requirements. They now also have camel milk and sausages. I am there customer for more than 8 years.

I drive 55 minutes to get marinated lamb chop.guess what i get after 2 hrs effort not marinated meat.tried to do by myself found its beef.which i cant have.waste of my money n time.staff should be serious abt service rather than just joking

Last week, My friend took skin on goat meat from store which was lebelled madina halal meat.is that really halal? Or just want to make money.

Got the worst meat ever. It smelt really bad and I think they spray the meat with chemicals. It destroyed the dish that was made, ended up throwing it out. The customer service was pathetic aswell.

Meat smells like hell.bought 5 kilos and threw them in rubbish. The staff is too rude too and unprofessional. The customer service is just so bad, they always grumpy and busy and they don’t even give you the chance to choose your meat properly. The push you ‘ what is next ‘ and what is next and what is next.what the hell guys come on. We paying money for this.we are w not begging here.

Produce is always fresh, tasty and trusted to have hand slaughtered chicken. I don't know why people keep complaining about the costumer service because they don't get asked about their day, kids or extended family's health conditions overseas or give them discounts.
I like that place because I go there, buy what I need fresh and leave. Simple.

A very good range of Halal meats and other foods. But dont park outside on Sydney Road after 4pm!

Worse customer service.we can barely see staff welcoming you with a smile. Always grumpy face.but the good thing is fresh meat can be found here.sometimes you just have to satisfy yourself with the product not the service.

I often purchase all my meat requirements from Madina Halal Meats. They are probably one of the only butchers who I trust enough to buy hand slaughtered halal chicken from. I don't know why one of the reviews said they don't have goat meat available, when in fact I have been buying goat meat from here for the past 5-6 years.
The place looks a lot nicer now due to some renovations at the front of the shop.

Will continue to shop here and recommend this place to all my family and friends.

I haven't got any quality issues so far. But don't handover your credit/debit cards to the serving guys to make POS transaction for your purchases. Always make POS transactions by yourself.
