Madina Halal Meats reviews
54Do you have any idea how long I’ve been looking for spicy Lebanese sausages! I’m so happy I found Madina Halal meats. Their display window is full of beautiful, fresh, meat at very competitive prices and the girls behind the counter are a delight. I’m so pleased that they also have a huge selection of halal small goods and frozen meals.omg sausage rolls and pies! Yum!
The quality of the meat is fine and even the price is reasonable but customer service is bad. Really need to work on that. Customer leaving the shop should be happy and not sad or frustrated. At least Smile. That doesn't cost anything.
I love going to Madina as I always feel welcomed there. The staff greets me with a smile and is always patient and helpful with my questions. Their products are well priced and I know I’m getting good quality meats. Everyone I have recommended to go to Madina always walks out satisfied.
Shop always close at 5 pm, so when I poped in @4: 40 I found they started to remove the trays and that affect my choices also the seller girl gave me the felling of let’s finish this asap, honestly I angry
Edit;
No it’s not another store. So what do you think?
I won’t lie and it’s not a big deal with me.
Check your staff first and then accuse me of not telling the truth!
My favourite Butcher shop. They are also generous helping people living in poverty, where meat was fancy things, by giving them voucher. All brothers and sisters very friendly.
Worst meat shop in the town.rude and disrespectful staff. Worst customer service. The quality of meat is not good but the price is very good.
They have good deals but a lot of the meat is more bone and fat especially the goat could hardly notice any meat on there basically all bone, had to make a stew instead of dishes.
Have been going to the hoppers crossing store since it opened and it is hands down the best butcher. The staff are always friendly and will never hesitate to help you carry all the heavy items to your car. The butchers are clean and the quality of meat is amazing which is why my family make me bring meat with me to Dandenong every chance I can because no butcher can compare.
Keep up the good work
I usually buy sausages here and the quality is fine but staff, for the most part, do *not* wear masks. Poor form considering A1 Bakery, a couple hundred metres down the road, is an exposure site. I won’t be shopping here any more.
Was in the area and wanted to try a new halal butcher and was instantly put off by the awful smell and visible drops of blood in the sausage trays. Should be called "Madina Haram Meats" as there is nothing halal about blood, the butchers need a lesson in the fiqh of zabiha. Bestway in Dandenong or even Solomon kosher butchers in Caulfield are far better options, no blood and no stink! They also don't enforce COVIDSAFE rules despite having a sign that said masks required, a dude with Wahhabi style facial hair walked in with no mask and was not told by staff to put one on.
Been there to get Qurban as I’ve been advised, the customer service apologised as she said the offer finished but they were still hanging the sign saying to collect the qurban here, don’t know how quick should I be to get that as I received the message on 22 of July
Regular customer here. Asked for kebabs if they do skewer, got charged for the chicken meat + the kebab price to make it up. So essentially was double charged. That doesn’t seem at all fair.
What really gets to me though is I decided to try some Wagyu from here, advertised as 50% off and at $60/kg expected the top quality cut. What I got was 2.5kg of darkened and almost beetroot purple colored meat that was obviously aged and not fresh at all. Such a waste of $160 no wonder they had it on sale. Too good to be true. Even though they are cheap, the quality and freshness of meats is hit and miss. Judging by other reviews this isn’t isolated. Talk about leaving a sour taste in one’s mouth. Come on guys lift your game. Hope this feedback can be taken aboard and addressed promptly. Thanks
The customer after me got more priority although i waited for almost 15 minutes. Not dedicated for customer.
Most unpleasant experience ever with this guy!
Was doing monthly grocery from here but never coming back now! Also would ask my friends to avoid it whom I referred earlier.
Great selection of quality meat and other goodies. Fantastic service, this will be our meat place from now on.
I have been going to madina for a couple of years now. There customer service is outstanding. There quality meats amazing. Big shout out to Bassema& Juildah for their extra care. There marinated chicken and spiced up bbq skewers never disappoints
Outstanding customer service and quality products. Placed an order late last night and it was freshly delivered this morning. Highly recommend
I would not try buying meat from this place again unless there is a restrict lockdown as this is the second time getting bad quality meat!
Salaam Madina Family.thank you for the Qurban meat shares.it’s was best quality and meat was cuts to perfection. “The best in North”.
Madina is the best butcher shop anywhere. They have a great variety and their products are always fresh. They are also open 7 days which makes it very easy to get to.
