A complete waste of money.
Do not bring your Harley Davidson or any cruiser here for a service or road worthy.

Had a service done and was told all hd oils would be used. But once I picked the bike up, the invoice stated different and wasnt told untill I queried it (it should have been the correct fluids to begin with).

With the road worthy.
They made up their own rules to suit them.
Was told the oem air box had to be fitted because of fuel leaks. (I had a hyper charger installed at the time). The oem was open and had more chances of leaks!
Second was the brake and clutch levers. (there is no rule against levers. So not sure what they are on about there. The levers are from a professional shop)

Next was the rear indicators. Them saying the can't be intergrated with the rearbrakes. (once again this is not a rule. The rule stars they need to have min 300m between each indicator. Which they do!)

Go some where else.

Nick has been handling my bike for awhile, quick to get in and good work done. Also spotted and fixed some small issues on my bike I didn't notice, can recommend.

He gave a quote of $1800 to get a motorcycle rwc. I got it done elsewhere for $345. And he did charged rwc $120 as it didn’t clear. Not recommended.

I dealt with Brett and Nick from madbiker for a pre-purchase inspection, RWC and follow up mechanical work on my grand old lady. I found them to be professional, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I would use and recommend them for motorbike advice and mechanical work.

Well Mad bikers staff are incredibly friendly but there mechanic work is of extreme poor quality. The Mechanic who worked on my bike Managed to get brake fluid on my windshield and controls on the handle bars. Also some of the electrics on my bike have stopped working just 24 hours after obtaining a roadworthy certificate from them as I've had to go see a separate mechanic to fix the issues that they have caused. Also the no set prices at this shop are a bit of a hassle and seem unreasonable. Seems like if you do not know the mechanics or the owner well, they do not care about the quality of their own work or do not care about their one off customers. Also their mechanical knowledge is poor, completely failing to identify a full aftermarket exhaust system on the 1st inspection, making myself loose two days work, finding parts.
Would not recommend these guys if your a serious rider who cares about quality of the work done on your bike, I would however recommend them if you need something done quick and you don't care about quality of the work done. Mad biker has lost myself and a few potential customers whom I've explained this to in the future.

Massive thanks to Nick and Brett at Mad Biker for their recent work on my bike. I was keen to give a local shop a go and the guys did not disappoint. Friendly, professional, knowledgable and obliging - and absolutely excellent value for money. I definitely plan to give these guys more work in the future. Very impressed.

Brett was friendly and easy to deal with. Gave me a full report on what the bike needs doing. Fixed the problem we had with it. Bike runs great and really appreciate that the bike was washed.
