Top service and great communication. Had 3 other bike shops chasing a tyre for us for 6mths +. Found Brett and had 1 within a week. Fitted balanced and on bike, while other shops still don't know when theirs is gunna turn up. Highly recommend!

I had to get an urgent roadworthy done on my motorbike so I could sell it and Brett was able to get it done in only a few days. Needed a new rear tire and was able to get it in and fitted on the same day. Brett is super helpful and really knows and loves motorbike.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Brett and Mad Biker.

No doubt this will not be the last time that I deal with Brett at Mad Biker.

I am from Western Australia and contacted Madbiker (Brett) to do a pre-purchase inspection on a Harley Davidson motorcycle I was looking at to purchase. I cannot say enough on the service he provided from first contact to the advice given and professionalism in the process of the inspection and the bike in question! All I can say is that he saved me over $20k in purchasing a lemon due to the bike not being what was explained to me by the owner. Thanks again Brett and will have no hesitation in recommending or using Madbiker again.

Brett ordered a Motobatt battery for my bike. Took one day only to get it and was $21 less than battery world quoted. I fitted it myself an easy process. 2012 Kwaka Vulcan 900.

Brett was fantastic and very knowledgeable. Sorted out my ST1100 and completed the RWC. Great service and good communication.

I recently purchased a used motorbike and needed to arrange the RWC. I went to a local service provider who after having the bike for 4 days had not touched my bike as they told me they were waiting for necessary parts for the Roadworthy to pass. Day 5 I had enough and went and collected my bike and was recommended to contact the team at mad biker. I contact Brett who immediately booked the bike in for the next business day. I dropped off the bike at 9am and she was ready for collection just after lunch with less than $10 being spent on parts for the roadworthy. The service I received was excellent, the time frame to complete the roadworthy was efficient but most importantly the honesty and integrity of the team was priceless. The service provided by Brett and the team is in 1 word, unparalleled. Collected bike, kept me informed every step and then delivered. Was surprised that this kind of customer focus still exists. Straight forward service on a late model bike cost more than a 4 Wheel drive service. More than $500 dollars.

I got the guys from Madbiker to do a pre-purchase inspection on a CBR500r. Definitely worth the money as Brett thoroughly checked the bike and provided a comprehensive report. Communication was on point and professional.

I would strongly reccomend Madbiker to other riders.
