Mad Mex Fresh Mexican Grill

Terrible! Ordered the Nachos (if you can call it that) less then 10 corn chips in total but 5 handfuls of lettuce on top. Also paid for extra protein in burrito bowl and got less than enough for 1 serve, let alone double. $65 for very little food.

Loved the food here and taste of food is amazing. Any Have to try the food atleast once In lifetime.

Horrible food, the nachos were soggy to the point of it not even being a chip and more like a paste.it was bland and tasteless and thanks to the food we all had a terrible lunch.biggest waste of money even the magpies refused to eat it

Yummmm! Fresh and so tasty. Very friendly staff and polite too, they even come away from the register to give you your food/bag. I like that kind of service. I'll definitely come back again. Very filling too.

Came here for a Grande Melt, offered up the extras, really tight on portions and was rushed to serve me for $15 bucks I can get better value for money, shame but wont be coming here again.

I love the food at this place but have noticed the last 3 times I've been there that they keep their gloves on when handling money and don't change them before they start preparing the next order. This is not good hand hygiene

The manager was horrible to his staff, I ordered a grande melt and was served a quarter of a grande melt, I was incredibly disappointed and honestly if it wasn't busy would of gone up and demanded a refund

Wouldn't take eftpos, cash only as machine was down. We dont carry cash these days ad no one takes it.

The Waurn ponds store needs to seriously reevaluate their current staff on the payroll, or look at implementing some kind of training for basic reading and writing.there has never been an order that is made correctly or includes every item that I have paid for, absolutely useless. Very disappointing and would not recommend to anyone.

Mad mex absolutely fills my needs with satisfaction.the food is is exemplary and is quite delicious.i find the burrito especially my fav.but if wanting to go for a more healthy choice i would go with the healthy nutritious naked burrito.i absolutely love mad mex and love associating with the kind helpful staff

Disgraceful customer service, impatient with questions from customers who dont know the menu and options by heart, service is slow and food is quite bland.

I didn't like how I don't get to say what goes on my food. I asked for no tomatoes, but instead I got a bucket worth of them.

I'm a tough marker. Like to food a lot, but I stay away from the air vent up the front of the building, it's not so clean, you know, the one in the ceiling.

Love the new vegan options! Cheese and faux chicken. The best food. My fave healither take away option. ️

Although they are called a fast food chain they were incredibly slow, took 15 minutes to be served, but the actual food itself was pretty decent.

Ingredients are fresh, the staff are friendly and there is a discreet selection of imported beers as well as dishes to go for

Staff here are absolutely wonderful! Food was well made and very enjoyable. Hope they keep the spicy vegan chicken on the menu it was delish. Something for every diet here.

A frequent at zambreros but had a grilled burrito here and can say mad mex does a bang up job. Ngl was sceptical about the Carona bottles hanging from the lights that left more questions than answers, like did they drink them? Did they get them out of the bin? What yellow substances did they put in instead? Is it just a full bottle of wasted beer hanging from the ceiling? Other than that the food was great lmao
