Fantastic place to grab a bite to eat when you dont feel like cooking, craving great food or are tired after a shift at work.

Customer service is amazing and shout out to Stella for doing a great job when she served me when i last went.

Loved the food as i could customize what was put in which meant i could opt to not have stuff i dont like in it.

And the atmosphere is just great, loved the wall art and everything!

Overall 10/10 would highly recommend for anyone wanting some great food!

I recently ordered at Mad Mex, and I must say, I had an extremely disappointing experience with their service staff. The servers were not only impolite but also spoke in hushed tones, making it difficult to understand them. Moreover, when I asked them to repeat themselves, their impatience was evident, which further worsened my dining experience. Overall, it was a subpar experience due to the discourteous and unhelpful behaviour of the Mad Mex service staff

One of the tastiest mexican food I've ever had. We can get the fillings as per our choices. My favourites are quesadillas and the naked burrito.

Not to lie. Very nice tasting tacos… BUT would love to see them fill their tacos up to the top. Been to the place multiple times and have been very inconsistent on their fillings… the taco have been about a 1/4 full. Very skimpy on the serve but yet you still pay $14 for 3 tacos… we feel like we are just eating the outside shell with nothing in it. Thanks

I was served the very last amount of black beans. Where the server had to go fishing about in the just about empty container. To pick-up beans.

Guzman n Gomez ain’t got NOTHIN on Mad Mex. Would rather travel the distance than go Guzman in leopold, or Sambreros in Ocean Grove!

THE BEST FOR VEGANS. Where do I even begin. Mad mex has been my favourite fast food joint for about 3 years now and I have been an AVID customer. Everybody is always so lovely there, the food is to die for and I just can't believe how fresh, flavoursome food can be so affordable! Who knew! I am vegan and having vegan options for fast food makes such a positive, inclusive impact on the community (the only thing I would say is maybe gluten free wraps for my gluten free friends?). I was recently served by Sabian who is currently training to be supervisor and boy I am so happy that is the case! What incredible customer service, upbeat and not to mention that vegan cheese is no longer extra! I feel so welcome at mad mex, thank you for changing my life.

I was hoping it was similar to Zambero but it's really not. Zambero is better.

I have never been to Mad Mex before so I asked for help. I wanted a vegan burrito. Vegan cheese $1 extra
Guacamole $2 extra
Vegan Meat $2? Extra

It was so noisy I couldn't hear what she was asking me.
There were two sizes of burrito on the menu board but I realized after she never asked me which size. It came with rice and beans (I expected refried not sloppy ones sitting in juices). The next section was salsa or vegan meat substitute which she said was salty so I passed. Then she asked mild medium or hot? I said medium but there was no connection to which flavor was which. The options were less sauce and more liquid and not that appetizing on appearance. She also added something white and very liquidity which looked very unappealing. I asked what it was and if it was vegan? She said yes but I was a bit wary about her eagerness to slop random stuff on my burrito.
It's wrapped in tinfoil and served in a paper tray. Which I hope get recycled but who knows.

The end product was extremely liquidity and not that flavourful.

Signs for the ingredients and whether or not it vegan, gf, dairy, etc would be very helpful. Like "Option 1: salsa, vegan meat, etc. " "Option 2: sauce Verde, etc. "

Love ordering the Grande melt. Its devoured quickly. Once it's cooked down! Closest to real Mexican outside the USA!

Rude customer service and for Uber eats if you need a bag mention it in your notes like other business does do that it helps the Uber drivers bring the bag with them instead of we running to car and bringing the bag back for you guys and yes for Uber eats it’s necessary to bring bag with us but it’s not necessary that we have to bring a bag inside the store.

The chicken was stale.
On demanding replacement, they refused.

Been there before. Not as nice this time. Lime too small. Gaucamole not as flavorful as in the past. Bird pooh on lights. Lights over tables too low, hubby hit his head. Service good.

My favourite place ever? Love the chicken nachos, I use to pre much be a regular at this joint I loved it that much!

I go here pretty often for a lunch or dinner meal I’ve never had a bad experience. Food is always delicious with generous amounts of toppings, staff are super friendly and have great customer service, my quac fell off my nachos before and the lady offered me some more with no extra charge and cleaned up my mess with no hesitation.

Food was delicious and service was super fast! We were in and out under 5 mins for nachos and a burrito

Excellent mexican food i enjoyed every bite and the staff is amazing and if your sceptical about mexican food dont worry its f*cking tasty and you dont need to get the food spicy if you dont want to even though the spice makes the food so muck better. Go here if you want somewhat healthy food but with flavour

The food taste amazing. But the potion size is terrible. I had no beans but no extra rice was added to make up for that. I could see bits of cardboard there was that little rice

Quite disappointed that when you select to remove certain items such as lettuce and rice and pay for extras such as sour cream and wokamole not only do you receive a ball that is half full being that rather than stuff it full of lettuce and rice the cheapest ingredients they decide to just forgo a full bowl as well as skimp on the extras that I paid for this seems to be typical of Mad Max the only reason I give it 3 stars is because after I went and bought sour cream and a packet of brown rice so as to create a full meal it was quite delicious

Great food and fantastic vegan/vego options - they lose out on a star for closing at 8pm with people still queuing!
