Mad Mex Fresh Mexican

DO NOT COME HERE!
owner/manager is so rude greedy and disrespectful I am beyond belief! Charging greedily for a small portion of extra sauce when identical franchises of Mad Mex in places like Chadstone do not! Manager said to me 'are you happy now? ! " in extreme rudeness when I politely requested the sauce over the meat instead of carelessly dumped on the side.

Reasons not to ever return/recommend
- rude/very poor customer service
- very stingy portions
- charging extra when other stores do not eg Chadstone
- entirely disrespectful and unprofessional

I liked the food, you can't really go wrong with mexican food. Best part was that these guys had the jurritos stocked up with all the flavours.

I like the food but the only thing I would say is they are quite pricey but again they are in a food court paying shopping centre high rents. I’ve found the service to be reasonable.

What a disgrace, charge extra for all meat options without telling you. A true Mexican won't do this. Size is small even you paid extra for the meat it merely just one pinch. $13.50 burrito that won't do the filling for a regular man.
Save your money and choose other in the food court.

Made an online order via Deliveroo - order was neither confirmed nor denied after an hour of waiting.

We called the restaurant to ask for status and there was no answer.

This is the first time l came here. The chicken quesadila was amazing. The chicken was very lean. Alex served me at the counter. She was friendly, polite and helpful. Its staff members like her that add value to your buisness!
I have eaten elsewhere in this food court before, but with your great food and excellent customer, l will be heading straight to Mad Mex from now on.

The quality of food did not match its price! I ordered chicken nachos but hardly could find chicken in it!

No one cares about customer service anymore. Whilst the food was tasty the order was missing items and other items were incorrect. When I called I was told they couldn't deliver the missing items and that they would credit me next time. I won't be going again, it wasn't that good.
Will be requesting a refund from uber eats. What's annoying is that they didn't really care.

Do not order from here on Deliveroo or Uber eats. They accepted the order and we waited over 1.5 hours to receive and they closed and went home. Terrible experience

Food was okay. Asked for no rice in the naked burrito bowl and instead of giving me extra beans to cover the no rice, they put the normal amount of beans and charged me the full amount. I got a small and the portion was absolutely tiny and I was very hungry afterwards.
