I took naked burrito with chicken and chicken was not good it smells bad and tastes bad. I think it was old chicken. Felt very bad

The food is sometimes great and sometimes its cold smaller then usual. For the price I dont really think its a good idea to eat here, though i respect the great customer service and overall cleanliness

Amazing food. My daughter is always willing to come and have food here. Staff is wonderful

Ordered uber eats! My burrito was cold and it took over an hour to get to my destination when it’s a 7 min drive in the car! Definitely disappointed to say the least! Ordering gyg next time at least they never disappoint.

When you tell the restaurant you would like the sour cream and guacamole inside the Quesadilla and the manager responds with “we don’t do that, it creates a mess in the machine” Not really my problem. So needless to say I went elsewhere for my dinner this evening. Somewhere that was happy to serve me my dinner the way I wanted it. A little customer service would go a long way Mad Mex. The customer does not care that you can not be bothered to give your machine a wipe #justsayin

Quick service and has incredibly kind workers! Student discounts are amazing and so many options for fillings. The food is tangy and flavourful love the chicken and beans. Can’t go wrong with a burrito from mad mex

*The naked burrito was generous in servings, perfectly portioned and delicious with every bite. Everything was fresh and delicious!
*Grande melte was also just as delicious, chicken was grilled, tasty and smoky, added sour cream and guacamole to take it to the next level!
*Kids Cheese Quesadilla however was disappointing, was too much bread and too little cheese, tastes like a dry biscuit with no fillings.

1st photo - what I was expecting… vs what I actually got. Tasted yum but my gosh, short on all the ingredients will be not coming here again. Bought 3pm in Doncaster today.

The service could not have been any better from the moment we walked in. The food was great, reasonable prices and the staff were friendly. Can't wait to go again.

Great food, fast service.
The brown rice is soft and very light. Vegetarian ranches is a mix of multiple ingredients, unlike many other mexican restaurants that the vegetarian option is either mushroom or onions and capsicum. The hot sauce is amazing and tasty.

This is a great establishment nice staff great people who genuinely care for what they create if I could I would rate 10 starts

Mad mex is my favourite restaurant. Like nothing comes close to how good this place is. Every single time I come to mad Mex the staff are lovely and the quality of food is amazing. 10/10 would go again

Really annoyed about my order today. Received the WRONG food. I ordered a burrito and got a salad. Worse though, was the food was cold and sitting in some sort of sauce. Pretty clear on the order ticket it says BURRITO.
Not the first time I've had issues with MM Doncaster, but it will be my last time. Not happy jan

So unprofessional from the young girls working at the front. Just plain rude and b! Tchy attitudes when I was ordering my food. Made me feel uncomfortable and judged. Please learn some basic customer service skills it’s inappropriate behaviour. Do better.

Worst mad mex in the entire Melbourne. Not even deserve a 1 star. Staff was nice owner/ Manger is a rude p*%#. This person is poison to entire Mad Mex network.

I’ve been coming here for the yummy burritos for months now. Always friendly service, however yesterday I happened to pay with cash for my order. To my horror, the girl took my money and gave back change with the SAME pair of gloves she prepared my burrito with… that’s like grabbing
the cheese, lettuce and the flat bread which I consume, with gloves that she might have already touched countless cash and the cash till
Immediately I told the manager, he was apologetic about it. I didn’t hang around to see if he made her change her gloves though. I just hope they would address food safety issue seriously. I would have given a 5 star otherwise.

Ordered a Nachos with the expectation it would be larger than a small as a regular size. Asked for a half and half mix instead of extra but got charged for extra. Food is Subpar, would never eat here again. A disgrace to all Mexican eateries. After reading reviews I have noticed that the company uses generic replies to every review.
