Wow, wow, wow. This place serves the most amazing food and the customer service… SPECTACULAR! Olivia (I think her name was) really was the most polite person ever. Greeted me with a smile and made sure everything in my order was perfect. Great job Mad Mex team!

Got a mini burrito today and when they asked if I wanted guacamole I said no. Then when I was paying I noticed the price was slightly off so I asked for a receipt, when it was printing the girl serving me and the rest of the employees started laughing. Turns out I did get charged for something I did not want or receive. Do not recommend this Mexican when you can get Guzman and Gomez a few doors down.

Disappointed that they don't have 'Hard Shell Tacos' available being going in to see for four weeks still not in stock.

Flavours are good, but I got A LOT of undercooked, to the point of being crunchy, rice in my burrito

Exellent food with amaizing people! Its amaizing how fast and efficient they are even though the store is full and they are short staffed!
Whoever is cooking is doing an amaizing job! The flavours and textures are amaizing! You cant find them anywhere. Keep up the good job!

My young Son and I had a quick lunch here.
The service was extremely fast, and the food was great, but what did impressed me, was the courteous Staff.
So. Reasonably priced great food, served quickly by friendly staff, in a very busy place!
We will certainly be back.
Please consider Mad Mex for your own quick meal.

Ordered food through Uber & spent almost 2 hours to get it delivered as they where busy or what not. Couldn’t cook on time so later after spending hours they canceled it.
If they are busy & can’t accommodate should not accept the online orders

Me and my friend went to Mad Mex today to get some food and we were BLOWN AWAY. I have always loved Mad Mex and their food, but today it was the customer service that made my day. Olivia, you were an amazing server - helpful, fun to talk to, and honestly (no cap) made my day. You are definitely a treasure to the team.

The burritos there are delicious, packed full of fillings of lettuce, salsa, cheese, tomato, beans, rice and meat of choice. The chicken was juicy and not fatty which I like, and the flavours blended well together. The fillings are generous and I believe the burrito is slightly cheaper whilst being the same size, than other restaurants so thats a plus too! Service is friendly by the asian lady! Located in the food court of Melbourne Central. The environment seemed relatively clean too.

Tried Mexican for first time and fall in love with the food.service was great and super fast. Looks like you have a regular customer:)

Food’s always been sweet as, as usual. Although I would like to point out their wonderful service.

I love the meat free Monday promotion as it gives me a vegan friendly option and also suits my pocket. The staff was very quick got my taco’s under 30 sec.

Came here today for some lunch. Lovely lady with an Irish accent served me. She was absolutely lovely and friendly and excellent customer service:) seemed like she was happy to be there and put everything down straight away to serve customers. She was working with another lovely fellow who seemed just as nice. I had vegetarian quesadillas and churros. Absolutely delicious! I love that the take away quesadilla packaging is recyclable. I also love that they do 'meat free mondays', where you get $2 off your meal if its vegetarian. Thats a great initiative and makes such a difference to climate change and i am all for that! Great tasting meal, and will definitely return!

Mexican food. Choice of style, filling and level of spice. I had the naked burrito with beef (extra 50 cents) and medium spice. They added onion, coriander and jalapeños for no extra charge, but you need to ask for them. Did not go for the guacamole at two dollars extra. Food was fresh and tasty.
