Chicken is lesser than normal after paying for additional protein. Team need to work harder on the meat portion. Rather go to Gomez next time

Mexicana taco wasn’t very flavourful and their corn taco shells are like unseasoned ones from Woolies. Flour taco was good, their portioning is adequate and the price is standard.

I loved it.
Went there at my 14 year old daughters request and it was a great choice. She had the chicken burrito and I had a regular naked burrito … yum yum yum. My pics don’t do the food justice so give it a go. Good honest food. Happy to eat there again.

Nice service, loved the fact that she provided extra guacamole as well as some sauce on the side so that the wraps don't get too soggy!

Small chicken burrito and I mean small. Scooped up toppings and then shake till level on spoon. Not seen that at other stores

Good food but they try to save on meat portion.if u guys are reading plz don’t try to be so stingy on meat.that’s the reason Guzman is doing much better than u guys.

A poor version of Guzman y Gomez- the burrito (vegetarian) was a let down, loosely rolled and soggy- the veggie burrito felt like nothing more than morsels of leftover casserole dish. We also had the nachos, which was a mish mash of salad and nachos chips. Price was more than what it was worth.

The food is good but isn't awesome. Update: came back after a couple of years and I loved it.

It's great! It's like a Mexican style "Subway". Quick service and great quality food. Made to your taste and tastes great!

It's fast food, but it's the kind of Mexican I'd get if I was forced to eat it. Staff are OK, food is ok, atmosphere is ok.

Had one of the best burrito here.
The server Dhwani was super quick.

Just try pinto taco. Cheap and nice and one of the best value for money item I have tried. For 7 dollars including chicken. And honestly fills U up also. I highly recommend pinto taco. Go try it now. Yum

Horrible place for delivery drivers. Always getting long waiting time here. 20 minutes is their fastest time for 1 order

Could you please make the uber orders fast. Why are you guys wasting their time and money. You might be making money but not the drivers. If it takes time. You can even change the time on the app. Please call drivers once its ready. If you would prefer dine-in customers first, uber drivers will always be on a waiting list. I will remove the feedback once i see improvement. Poor time Management. For you it might be easy but not for the drivers.

I don’t usually review franchise & chains as quality is pretty inconsistent across the stores and what not.
So honest review, this store is ok. Nothing to write home about but nothing too bad either. The burrito that I picked up was pretty good & filling. The tortilla was not the best quality & the wrap would’ve been done with a better technique, then again this is a fast food chain not a dining experience. I walked in coz I needed a burrito & I needed it fast. Get your expectations right and won’t be disappointed

Mad Mex is a daily lunch place. The staff is highly professional and friendly. I would highly recommend for everyone consumer to try a meal for sure.
