Great service! I was helped by Alex for a pair of everyday hiking shoes. It was busy but she managed to help a couple of customers at once. She was definitely knowledgeable about the range & what would suit your needs.she was helping a lady that was going on a proper hiking adventure & got all the relevant information to get her the best fit. I'd recommend seeing her to get yourself fitted out. Great clearance range too.

Except for staff member Christine. We were shopping for nearly 3 hours at the store. She was not just rude and unhelpful towards us but every customer that walked up to her cheerfully. A smile will go a long way! Understandable if you were having a bad day but I hope you spread some cheer ESP.around Xmas time!:) Cheers.
