Macpac Collingwood

We went there to buy a backpack and a mat for a hike around black Friday. The staff was extremely helpful and lovely.
They know how to fit a bag, showed us how to do it, we tried different mats and had all our questions answered.
When we paid, they checked if another shop had the mat for less: we saved $90!

The team was very helpful, lovely & patient to assist me in finding the right winter jacket for this season. I would definitely would love to shop here again!

Price is no different than normal shops everywhere else, so not worth the journey factory outlet unable to park

I always have a pleasant experience at Macpac whether in the Melb CBD or Collingwood shops. Staff know their product and from my experience, are always helpful. The products are of great quality which is why I have so much of Macpac.

Love Macpac as always, and loved the staff too. Must go to store, for the people who'd like a proper shopping experience, and not the madness of dfos

Excellent service. Store was busy but the assistant noticed we were waiting, came across straight away, and helped us. When we couldn't find what we were after, she also looked to see where else we could find them. We didn't close a sale but that's only because they were out of stock.their customer service is great

Staff were too busy talking amongst them self to help any customers, despite my self looking at their Yeti Products - and then the staff proceed to laugh amongst them self, the atmosphere and the level of customer service was beyond a joke in here.

Ansch helped me a lot in finding the most appropriate, rather than the most expensive hiking gears, and spent much time on adjusting hiking bag to perfectly comfortable position for me. If you want to buy some hiking gears, this store could be a good choice.

I have been to different Macpacs recently because of the Black Friday Sale ;). The Collingwood store is the BEST ONE! The staff were so so so friendly and helpful, especially the young lady who was very patient and trying to get the right sized of jacket for me, and also a nice tall guy with dreadlocks was super knowledgable to teach us what to wear and how to choose Macpac jackets. What an amazing shopping experience with happy prices!

Just bought the Halo down from here, shout out to the young staff member who served me. He was so friendly and knowledge and gave me a good amount of time to browse on my own before checking to see how I was going and answered all my questions:)

Got Macpac 6 months ago for our then 8 month old. Havent looked back since. Would highly recommend the product to everyone with kids. Certainly worth the money. We love walking and trekking so have used it a lot. Safe and reliable our bub loves it.
