Macpac Adventure Hub Fountain Gate

Bought a Stradbroke shelter which was faulty took it back today for a new one and the service was absolutely awesome so I upgraded to the Kingscliffe which they did no questions asked.set it up at home for a trial run and absolutely love it can’t wait to use it at the beach with my family.

Was not approached while in the store. I was in there for a good 15 minutes. It was not that busy, but working in retail I can understand it can be hard, I was looking to buy a kayak but didn't get served, so I left. Prices were higher than expected, some items were reasonable.

Great Service! I Found a product cheaper on line whilst looking at reviews. Called the store and Haley answered. (hope this is spelled correctly). She immediately said that the price could be matched. I called into the store half an hour later and the product was waiting for me at the front desk. A really refreshing attitude! Thanks.

Bekim was extremely kind and helpful. Talked me through the whole hiking process and informed me of all equipment necessary. Great asset to your business.

Got banned from the store for no logical reason, probably just because I am a teenager on my own. Was polite 100 percent of the time and never disturbed anyone, was not approached nor helped in the store and happily spent 700 dollars somewhere else
