Terrible Experience, I would definitely go somewhere else! Cheap products and I would spend the extra for a better job and experience. They tell you top ups are free in three weeks but when I came back because the filler didn't work properly, had dips and uneven and had no difference in results which I emailed and sent pictures to let them know and they backflipped and said they don't do top ups unless the doctor deems it ok. Which when I came in for a review he said he would happily do the top up for free but can't because the director told him he can't. They basically will do anything to get out of looking after you as a client and want you to repay for the whole treatment again! Really bad experience and results! Wouldn't be surprised if the good reviews are all fake

The worst customer service, tried calling 3 times and emailing 3 times 24 hours prior to the appointment and no one got back to me (still yet to get a reply). The only reason I’m giving them 2 stars is because Dr Sam is great.

They ask you to review them for 10$ off, so felt pressured to give 5 stars. Good price and lips look good, but it’s a bit uneven now the swellings gone down. I’d probably spend another $100 and go to someone better. Also loved that they gave me a stress ball but it was super firm so I was more stressed over it haha. Dr Jonathan made me feel really calm and comfortable so thank you:)

WOW Dr Sam is amazing! It is my first time at this clinic and I can’t rave enough about Dr Sam. I am 50 years old and my marionette lines were really starting to bother me and age me. I took the plunge after reading all the reviews (although I must admit I wondered if they were legit but I can now say they must be). It has been a week since I had the filler and with the bruising healed the result it so unbelievable, I couldn’t be happier. I had quite big hollows below the corners of my mouth and the lines went down to my chin and these are now filled and has just given such a fresh, younger look. Dr Sam certainly knows what he is doing and made me feel completely at ease that I put my full trust in him. He went above and beyond to ensure that he achieved the result I was after. I AM SO SO HAPPY!

Dr loo is the best doctor if you are looking to enhance your facial feature or a good piece of advice of what works for your existing face.
Definitely recommend him for any of your treatments.
