M1 are constantly late for appointments. They say it’s for the care of the patient, which I get, but if that’s the case, don’t offer specific times so there is enough time between clients. Doctors are great, just annoyed at the time I waste waiting.

I received treatment from Dr. Yasmin Liew at M1 Melbourne Paton building and am satisfied with the results. However, my experience was slightly marred when the doctor requested a review. While she initially showed me where I could provide feedback, I found it unprofessional that she proceeded to complete the review and comments section on my phone herself.

Worst experience, run!
Showed up waited 45mins, no biggie but she was clearly stressed as that’s my only explanation As to how she proceeded to talk to me about my face! Also a dirty needle on the table in front of my facing upwards and dirty tissues so no cleaning between clients.
Zero tact I work in the beauty industry and there is just a way you talk to people
Is recommend researching who you see as the other rating appear to be about other people.

After coming to the Melbourne clinic for over 3 years and seeing 3 different doctors during that time the recent visit has left me not wanting to come back.
I checked in as usual and went to have my treatment. It was only then that I was told the pricing had gone up, and would I be OK with it? Is an email notification prior to the appointment asking too much?
Whilst Dr Johnathan was noting but professional at the time of treatment the reception staff have been nothing but full of attitude and less than helpful, including during my follow up appointment.
I have attempted to address this directly with the clinic, however it appears their web support contact address is clearly managed by the same reception staff as my concerns have gone unanswered.

Better communication, greater understanding and patience is required by the staff. It is a complex service the clinic is providing and just expecting clients to 'know' isn't acceptable. Nor is blatantly ignoring customers concerns because you don't want to deal with it.

Get your act together, you are undermining the good work the doctors are doing and making yourself look narcissistic in the process.

***Follow up……. I emailed the info email address from the company as they asked in the response to my review…. 2 weeks later and still no response.
Your admin and management are a total joke.

I received lip enhancement service with Dr Rebecca. She was super informative and welcoming. The process of filler was perfectly fine and not too painful. I love my lips and the volume I was able to achieve with just 1ml. Will definitely will be coming back. The service staff were also super accommodating, kind and welcoming.

Went for a review after having injectable’s on my fore head and frown line. I am uneven and look odd. I Saw the new doctor and she was impersonal and very rude. I felt very uncomfortable and upset at the way I was treated. I have been going here for quite some time and have never had an issue before. M1 has gone from a 5 star to a never going back.

Always friendly and helpful, Rebecca fit me in when I booked for the wrong date and did a great job! Wont go anywhere else!

Dr Yasmin, was fantastic really knowledgeable and made a recommendation for a newer product and I loved the end results!
