Luton Lane Wine Bar reviews
38 Love this little wine bar. Great wine selection, staff are great with recommendations.
Massive fan of the bar snacks here. Not just your stock standard "wedges" or "popcorn chicken" which is great!
Been here a couple of times for a quiet drink. The nibbles are yum and the drinks come quickly. The staff who served us know what they're talking about and are great with recommendations. Will keep coming back.
Cool little spot off the main road, fancy decor and a nice alfresco area, reasonable wine list, pizza place across the way. Would recommend.
Terrible and over priced food. Service was poor and attitude less so.wine glasses had lip stick marks and finger smudges, when served.many better places in the immediate area.
A place for the drunk owner and drunk mates.average food offering served dry and burnt, portion sizes dont match the prices.wouldn't come back with the amount of other places in the area.
A fabulous laneway bar with a wide range of delicious wines and other drinks, as well as an impressive tightly curated menu of food. The bread bowl particularly is absolutely fantastic for something so simple. The venue is really cosy and the outside seating is pleasant and warm enough to sit at even in winter, or lovely and cool in summer.
Great service, very friendly staff. Food was tasty. 4 out of 5 as the price is a little steep. Definitely a classy place to bring a date
This is a nice little wine bar tucked away in a laneway which may have you thinking where am I going. Once you get there though you totally forget you're in a back alley. The interior is beautiful and intimate, great for a date night or relaxed catch up with friends. Staff are friendly and helpful on wine selection too. Wine list is a good size that you have plenty of good options to choose from but not exhausting. Good food selection too for small share and nibbles with a couple of more substantial options. Worth a visit.
My new favourite bar! Food and wine is fantastic and the fit out and design of the place is second to none! Love it! (Don’t go past the chicken situation and the Brussels sprouts and also the wagyu beef skewers)
I had my first date with my (now) girlfriend here and we fell in love! Thanks to the staff for an incredible experience and to the wine for giving me the courage to ask for a second date!
Nice intimate place for a glass of wine and good choice of nibbles too. Great wine list. It’s not on the main road so easy to miss
Upmarket wine bar offering excellent Australian and overseas wines per glasswith a relaxed and quite vibe.highly recommended
What a gem.great wine selection.not to expensive and i was pleasantly surprised with the food.what a great place!
Small cramped and food was terrible.
Chicken was twice cooked and rabbit tree in is a glorified meatloaf!
Nice, little bar, tucked away in the backstreets of Hawthorn. Perfect for a date or a casual catch up. (Not ideal for large groups.)
Gorgeous little place tucked down a suburban laneway. Great food, delicious wine and funky tunes. We had a great Sunday session here!
Great place; Cosy and a little quirky. An excellent wine list paired with excellent food. Great way to start the weekend!
GLW & I called in to try this newly opened Wine Bar with friends to try before going out for dinner in Glenferrie Road. Staff were most hospitable, as we settled in for a pre-dine wine. Enjoyed the bottle of Prosecco so much, we ordered a second, whilst indulging a lovely selection of tapas. The open kitchen looked inviting. Suggest the special bread, coupled with pate &/or cured meat. My personal fave was the mix of marinated Olives. Clean with simple but comfortable surroundings, we chatted easily. A liitle hidden from the bright lights of Burwood & Glennferrie Road (behind Hotel) but well worth the experience. A keeper to be enjoyed again & again as we introduced other friends to the LLWB
