We had a wonderful evening of excellent wine, delectable food and stylish surrounds. This was topped off by warm and welcoming service thanks to Danny!

Totally recommend dining here. Great atmosphere, good wine list owers were interested and involved in the wines and food.

It’s great for a casual drink. The venue is new and atmospheric. Danny is a Som and knew his locals and imports inside out.

Discovered this place last Friday night and I’m back again. Delicious food, wonderful wines and owners that really care (and are a lots of fun!)

We visited this lovely little wine bar on a Thursday night and found it was buzzing with people having drinks and snacks. The staff were lovely. I started with a delicious pisco sour and then ordered some meals from their selection of tapas. The roasted pumpkin and potato croquettes were delicious. Unfortunately the calamari was overly salty and the baked Brie was a disappointment. The menu said it came with a baguette which we expected to be fresh and soft but were toasted pieces of bread that were burnt and super salty. I’d still go back, I just wouldn’t order those dishes again.

What a great find down a quiet alley in hawthorn. We were shown our tables promptly and the food and wines were quickly served by our polite waiter. The wine list by the glass was good, but not extensive - even so, each wine was very approachable and easy drinking. Food was tasty and reasonable sizing for a grazing plates. Uncover area is well appointed and pet friendly ;)

Luton Lane never disappoints. Lovely wine bar vibes with food that is always above anything else offered in the area. Enjoy delicious Spanish & Italian wines, beers & thoughtfully designed cocktails while snacking on the selection of tapas style menu items such as lightly battered calamari, bolognaise arancini, gnocchi with prawns & mussels or cheese & charcuterie. I’ve never had a meal here that I didn’t love. Great date night bar.

Really tasty food and wine, only thing is we reserved a table outside and got put inside without the host even looking at our reservations.received an email from the booking system asking if i made it to the reservation which was a little annoying and a detail that was overlooked.otherwise a good spot

Lovely intimate little wine bar just off Glenferrie Rd. Great selection of tapas style nibbles to graze on while enjoying a wide selection of drinks.

The service was above and beyond. We were offered complimentary drinks when we were waiting a bit longer for a dish we ordered, and after stupidly leaving my sunglasses behind, the owner dropped them off to me the next day personally.

Excellent selection of sharable meals. Good range of wines by the glass or bottle. Nice secluded spot away from the madness. Perfect for a casual night.

I recently celebrated my 40th birthday here. The staff were amazing in organising the night, made it super easy to plan, the chef designed a delicious vegan menu, the service was lovely and the environment they helped to create was perfect. Would highly recommend this venue for any celebration.

First date night at the Luton Lane Wine Bar and it was great. A combination of friendly staff, simple dishes and tasty cocktails (yes, I know it's a wine bar) accompanied by good tracks in the background.

Nice cosy bar for catch-ups with friends. Great food, wine, cocktails and service. Inside AND outside seating with heaters! Under cover too! Nice during winter in Pandemic times:)

What a great little bar in the laneways of Hawthorn and the new chef serving sensational food. Drinks list was also very impressive. Look forward to getting back there soon.

Great selection of drinks, super relaxed vibes and friendly staff to complete the trifecta. Perfect place for a low key date night

Drinks and service were fine but food was pretty terrible. Every dish looked and tasted like bulk entertainer pack supermarket food - ie.fried prawns, fried calamari sticks, spring rolls. These were all served on the same tasteless salad leaves. Menu was completely different to what's on the website.

A hidden gem in the heart of Hawthorn, a suave setting with classic cocktails and to die for tapas. Thank you Danny and Rebecca for looking after us.

Sitting inside tonight with the girls, enjoying the music, divine food and some dry white Muscadelle.

Disappointing experience. Food was average, cocktails very poor, service was very poor despite good intentions, one of our two tables was unusable but staff lacked confidence to address it, wine menu poor.
