Was served today by Lauren, such lovely customer service and helped me find products for my toddler that has allergies!

She was so bubbly and lovely!

Visited the store last Wednesday 5th Feb 2020 and a lovely young girl named Harla (hope I spelt it right) came to my assistance. As I had never been in the store before and was searching for a birthday present for my son's girlfriend, this young girl was a delight and helped me out so much. Her knowledge and pleasant, no problem attitude graced the store and I am sure she would be an asset to her Manager. Well done Harla, may your future be very successful and I wish you all the best)

The lady that worked on December 18th, 2019 and wore headband was judgemental. She just stared at me and my baby pram like "what are you doing in here? ". Bad service.

Staff are always so lovely and are always quick to offer any assistance. Products are great, vegan friendly and made of incredible ingredients, I have sensitive skin and have never had a bad reaction.

They have so many different types of products. Bath bombs are great (very relaxing) & shower gels are fragrant & you don't need to use much.

This is my local store and I am always greeted by smiling faces when I shop here. Sinead served me today and understood exactly what I was looking for. She demonstrated the use of some body scrub bars, which was relaxing and pampering! Good customer service and great ethical products as always. Thanks ladies!

The scent of the body wash lasts and lasts. Just a drop is enough for a shower. Honestly just love it. Best wash ever.

The staff at this lush are always friendly when I go in. Never pushy, always happy to help you understand a product, and will point you in the right direction. And will advise against a product if they don't think it'll help or work.

Awesome customer service! Bought some bath bombs for mother's Day and some sexy smelling Cologne for myself!
They also suggested a very nice shampoo bar that was so good I came back for the conditioner bar.

Absolutely loving the products. Great fan of their solid perfumes. The moisturisers are very easily absorbed and smell divine. Have recently started using their naked body moisturisers and really pleased with the results. Can't live without my shampoo bars. So convenient especially when showering at the gym. Their bath bombs are the best. Will be trying their makeup range next which looks amazing with colours to suit all skin tones. Highly recommend

I Bought my fiance so many goodies from lush this Christmas and he was so happy with it. I loved the friendly staff and helpfulness off everyone.beautiful friendly staff and amazing products.always a hit never a miss at this shop.

Cool products and good gift ideas, but the staff can be rather pushy to the point where it's uncomfortable as they're bombarding you with recommendations for products that you didn't even come to shop for.

Beautiful displays & boxed gift sets, attetive staff but some products average looking/smelling.

It was good but definitely not the best Lush shop i have been in. The staff were ok and doing their job but they didn't have the bubbly personality that i see with most other staff at different stores. I missed the happy, welcoming staff that greet you when you go in other Lush stores. At times i felt like i was annoying one of the ladies working in there by just being in there. The products are excellent as always and the smell of the Lush stores are divine.

Carly who works there is amazing. And it's not me! We got to chatting and she's amazing. Very helpfully and keen to give advice. Very friendly! Best Lush I've visited!
