When you go to a store and are pleasantly surprised to learn that the person serving you holds same name and speaks similar language.it was wonderful meeting Purnima from Lush store who lovingly guided me to get a body cream suitable for my cruise trip.

Went in to have a look around. Clean store and well laid out. Good range of products. Reasonable prices. A friendly staff member was helpful, but be mindful of using terms like darling, honey, lovely, etc on customers. A good store overall.

Had not the best experience, you should teach your leaders/managers to stop embarrassing staff in a rude tone in front of customers with a raised voice for all to hear, very awkward for customers, keep that stuff private & maybe teach your staff not to talk to each other like that, thanks

I have never had bad customer service from Lush stores, the werribee store included. I have also never had an issue with lush products. Thank you for being so lovely to your customers. It’s great to see some retail stores still placing value on providing exceptional customer service.

I went in to store today and writhing couple mins one of the team members approached me. I can’t remember her name but she had short curly hair. She asked if I needed help and I advised her I want some bombs. And she told me of the bath bars that you can cut up and use a few times. I had no idea you guys did those. I brought four. And can not wait to use them. I will so be coming back in store and buying more. Thank you so much for your help. I’m sorry I can’t remember your name.

Lush has always been a favourite go to, always great products that are ethically sourced.

Today was exceptionally wonderful, went with my mum and we had such exceptional service and advice given by Michelle who was very kind, informative and overall lovely (sorry if I spelled it wrong. ” Would and have recommended to all my friends and other people.

Best scents here. Bar of shampoo is also incredible, hair has never been softer.
Staff were friendly and inclusive aswell.

I’ve been in a few times recently for gifts. The staff have always been really friendly and helpful. I generally buy the gift boxes. Easy and quick, really nice present. The people I have given them to loved the gift too.

I come here semi frequently and am never disappointed. The staff are always welcoming, and knowledgeable about their products. Positive vibes and a good company.

Sell your products, but don't ram politics down your customers throat.they are more a political party than beauty goods.

Recent visit I was left a little disappointed. It was about an hour after the store opened and there was only one staff member on. There were around 5 seperate customers there and unfortunately the staff member who was on don’t get me wrong was very friendly and apologetic to the matter but got stuck with a customer who wanted to know probably more then required with the product she purchased. Leaving me wait approx 10 minutes like another customer to be able to buy the quick few things we had collected whilst in store. New range of Easter Bath bombs weren’t out and were in boxes and she said she hasn’t been able to have a chance to put them out.

LUSH offers a very large range of healthcare products which includes creams, body wash, soap and even toothpaste. Their main attraction is their selection of bath bombs they have to offer. Prices can occasionally be quite expensive, but the quality of most of their products will never fail to amaze you. The staff that work here are probably one of the nicest you will be greeted by, and this applies for most of the LUSH shops I've been to.

I was there this weekend to get some Christmas gifts, I enjoy their products and love it that their gift wrapping (saves me so much time). But this time around I was charged 3 times for one gift pack I bought which i wasn't too happy about, they soon rectified it when I pointed it out. Rating this because of lack of attention to detail. Hopefully they'll be more careful with all Christmas buyers.
