I used to work at The Victor food and wine which belongs to one of his restaurant. Now The restaurant closed down permanently in the earlier this year. With unpaid super, annual leave, and they refuse to pay me sick leave. I've reported this to Fair Work without any resolution. The owner and management hired all none- native employees or the people who aren't familiar with work laws and trying to get advantage of that by without paying correct rate.

How shameless are those who helped the owner trick others into coming to work? Karma is real.

My wife and I sat in a table where we could see the kitchen preparing our foods. Each and every menu was absolutely fabulous, and wine marriages with the food beautifully. Will visit again absolutely.

An incredible flavor pallet presented through the tasting menu. Come hungry and ready for farm to sea and tastes you will forever remember. Great service and if lucky you can see the chefs work in a symphony like way.

We had dinner here on my birthday. I didn't know this restaurant focuses more on experience than the quantity of the food. The food was presented well and interesting. Although, after spending $700 for 2 people's dinner there, we were still hungry and got a pizza somewhere else. Some irony! I don't recommend anyone to come here for food and get full satisfaction from their belly.

What an incredible dining experience.the food, wine flight and service were outstanding. We've eaten 2 Michelin * in the UK, and Lûmé was at least equal to that, if not better. A meal that will remain in our memories for a very long time. Thank you to everyone at Lûmé.

A gem hidden away from Melbourne CBD - a beautiful restaurant with a warm atmosphere, attentive staff and delicious food. We dined on the Blossom Season tasting menu and enjoyed it from start to finish. There were a great selection of white and red wines which matched the food very well, and the yuzu soda was refreshing to have with dessert. The staff were polite, friendly and gave us plenty of time between courses with the chefs bringing out a couple of the plates in person. Will return to try other seasonal menus.

I didn't know these tastes existed. I have never been a "foodie" or been keen on fine dining, but this may have changed things. Great atmosphere, amazing staff, and delicious food.

Had been there pre-covid, the place was nice and genuinely a fine dine restaurant, but recently when I booked it via The Fork, as there appears to be an very appealing promotion, the booking was confirmed and then the night before the actual scheduled dinner, the restaurant unilaterally cancels my booking WITHOUT any reasoning, and did not even bother to call or explain. This is sub-par service even for a local food store, let along a supposedly fine dine restaurant. Unbelievable and totally unacceptable! The suspicion is that they put the deal on The Fork incorrectly, as I note after the cancellation there is no availability for the same option anymore, nevertheless, if it is your own mistake, you should just take it and make up for the diners, or at the very least, have the courtesy to call and explain and let the diner do the decision!

Favourite restaurant in Melbourne. Impeccable food and service, hits the right notes for fine dining service without being too set in the stuffy French ways.

You get two choices for the mains if you pick the fork experience. The main beef portion was more like entree and the vege option was smaller than a side dish! Pretty ridiculous portions for what they are charging… won’t recommend it!

Spent the whole night on the tasting menu with wine pairing and it was an excellent experience! Alex the Som was a great addition so you must get the wine pairing. The new chef started 2 months agi and is absolutely crushing it. Was so excited to eat the waygu I forgot to take a picture. Highly recommend visiting when in town or for special occaision. Cant imagine anywhere better in this city.
