lululemon reviews
46Apparently there’s a “virtual wait list” to go in to the store and they don’t even let you wait in front of the store. What a joke - who do you think you are? Louis Vuitton or Chanel?
My $129 ABC pants got a hole in them after 5 months of wear. (I get it, accidents happen.) But it had been quite difficult to find anyone who can help me resolve the problem. I've sent 4 eMails now.
Virtual waitlist. They make everyone register and fill out forms online before you can even enter their retail store here.
Went to Emporium and iit was non existant service.weird.lots of staff "fluffing" around and 1 person on register during lunch hour.hopeless
Popped into Sorrento store on the weekend. The young lady who served me was so friendly. Next time I hope I have more time to browse.
Every single time I have been in this store I have received the worst customer service ever. Last week I was wandering around the shop searching for a sports bra with a garment in my hand for 5 minuets before I had to ask someone to help me, even then she seemed very reluctant to serve me. So bad. I really didn't want to buy from here but it's too convenient for me and I was sick of waiting for better customer service each time.
Absolutely amazing pieces! The new range is gorgeous! Thanks to the lovely lady (short hair and I believe she said she's from Malaysia helped me pick out all the best items!). Thank you!
Great customer service and advice. No limit to clothing counts in the change room so go wild. They create a friendly and personal space to try out sports wear. The clothes are very high quality. Everything I've gotten here has lasted. Their bras and underwear also sit pretty seamless under clothes (if not invisible)! You won't be disappointed.
Amazing customer service with brilliant recommendations on which pair of leggings would fit my body best based on my requests.
The product quality itself is good.however the sales ladies kind of rude. The customers pay a lot of money for the products since they’re bit pricey, so don’t they deserve better service?
Very crowded. Not sure about the names on change rooms. But the staff are so pretty that I'll allow it.
Tiny store, they've moved from the normal store - for renovations I guess. Very very very limited range, so maybe go to another shop until they get it sorted.
Really poor customer service. I love lululemon but so disappointed on the customer service of this branch.
This is the best service I have received at any lululemon in the world or any shop for that matter.next level service.i didnt think i could like lululemon more, but I do now after my experience there yesterday.grateful and happy.brand loyalty just when up a few notches.this is how you treat your customers.thank you!
Huge fan of Lululemon but the customer service in Melbourne central was really dissapointing. One of the hems on my Lululemon top started to come away so I asked if it was possible to have it repaired, reluctantly the girl agreed but in the process (which took max 5minutes) she made it seem like it was a huge issue and annoyance. Anyway.she grabbed my details and said they would call. Over two weeks later there was still no call so I went back into the store and was then told by another staff memeber “we don’t call you, we expect the customer to know that it will be done within 5days” Not what I was told.overall just really bad service.
UPMARKET STORE IN EMPORIUM SELLING LULULEMON
If Lululemon is your sports wear brand, you will like this outlet at Melbourne Emporium. It's on the ground floor. Usual range of Lululemon gear.
The store has a lovely, easy to navigate layout. Zach greeted me, listened to what I had to say and helped me find what I needed quickly enough that my 14 month old didn'thave time to get bored. The leggings I left with are so comfortable and flattering.
I constantly frequent this store and the service is unbelievably non-existent. There is on average six employees that work in this shop and they’re not friendly or accomodating at all. I can barely get a smile out of half of the employees that walk past me as I browse, and I have spent many occasions browsing in the store for at least 10 minutes and not a single person offers assistance or asks if I need any help. I see them standing in the corner chatting to each other constantly.
I have waited for a change room once, while two employees saw me and continued their conversation while I awkwardly stood there.
I used to receive some really outstanding service from some of the old employees but I don’t see them there anymore. It’s really a shame that the only store in the city has such non-existent care for the customer.
Product great. Customer service mediocre. Heard staff members talking about a customer while I was shopping. Change rooms were rather dusty.
I am an ex employee and Lululemon Emporium's standard has dropped tremendously. The staff working there are seen talking among themselves at the presence of customers and there was this particular staff wearing a denim jacket (was it even lululemon? !) gossiping about other staff infront of customers so loudly. Seriously.where has all the good staff of lululemon gone to? Key leaders.do something! Where has all the plain jane/girl next door atheletics gone to?
