I mean it is a normal Lululemon store. You need to queue to get in at times. I think I tried to go in at 6pm.and I queued for 20 minutes. They sell the trendy TikTok hoodie thingy, which I got for my girlfriend. I dont know why I am reviewing a Lululemon store tbh.
Multimillion dollar company that can’t exchange a product that’s the wrong size due to staff negligence- because a tag was removed! Are you serious? ! I had the receipt and tag with me and still no offer for exchanging. PATHETIC. I will find another brand to spend thousands in, in the future. You’ve lost me ️
Please don't make people queue outside your store like it's Burberry. You may be understaffed but at least let people in to browse rather than waste time standing outside. A lot of customers don't purchase anyway so it's ridiculous. SECOND time this week I'll have to leave cause i don't have time to waste. Find a better solution.
Staff were so helpful this evening. The store was super busy but multiple staff members went out of their way to help me, looking for items in the back, offering alternatives and helping place an online order.
Love the brand and the quality of the clothes, however, there was a Korean lady in the checkout area who was so rude, kept on talking down at us, even my friends got really upset. She was very dismissive and was rushing us. Other staff members were nice. (This is a late review, happened couple of months ago).
They seem really overwhelmed in store, you get passed around to different staff members and they seem stressed and not present barely making eye contact, and they don’t answer the phone, I tried all day. The vibes were not good in store.
The cashier when I came up to pay (Asian girl) was extremely slow and rude. She must be new and needs better training. Everyone else was very kind and helpful.
Would rate it 0 if I could. Downright rude customer service. Visited store at lunch time today and lady behind counter didn’t bother folding my clothing properly upon checkout. Staff weren’t friendly and just stood around the store. Go elsewhere.
WORST customer service and policy ever. I bought one jogger online and as a first time Lululemon clothes buyer, I didn’t know which size fits me well so I bought L size. You all know how every clothing brands have their own interpretation of sizes. Now as per their “POLICY” they can not exchange it to smaller size because item was on discounted prize. Just because item was on discount they can’t return or exchange the same is most ridiculous policy I have ever encountered. Now I’m stuck with wrong size product.
Was greeted by a lovely staff member who was very knowledgeable and recommended a product which has since become a favourite of mine.the staff member at the checkout (who i got the sense was the manager) was extremely rude to my friend and i, particularly given how much money we were spending.continued to cut us off when we were asking about the stores policys and talked down to us.i love the brand but am disappointed by this experience

Hope this branch manager saw this post. Today 24th Saturday around 1550, the staff at the checkout was so rude to me. She was wearing a purple jumper with blonde hair. I liked the other two staff members who served me very kindly. But I felt like I ruined my day because of the rude staff standing at the checkout counter. I don't know why the clueless staff is at the checkout counter when there are many other kind employees. The manager will have to retrain the rude cashier.
I recently started buying Lululemon clothes and I enjoy the comfortable and fashionable styles they have on offer. At this store I went up to the counter to buy a couple of items, but the woman there smirked and said "someone will serve you soon" and disappeared into the back? The other staff nearby were giggling and it seemed to be a very high school gossip atmosphere which was just bizarre. I'll probably still buy Lululemon from time to time but definitely not at this store again.
I visit the store quite frequently but mostly shop online. The staff in the emporium store will help you out if you ask for help. But I got the vibe that staff members are a bit arrogant and indifferent, and they were just chatting all the time but no greeting. I love the lululemon products, but the attitude of the staff members do not match the premium tag. I am guessing because the products are so popular, no matter what they do, it is okay to operate the business?
Purchased leggings online and unaware of the ridiculous US sizing as it seems others have had trouble with. Unable to return for a size that I can wear due to rigid application of the 30 day policy. Perhaps you should empower your staff to give customers the benefit of the doubt instead of what is now $120 leggings sitting my draw at home unworn.
My friend went in to exchange a pair of leggings she bought online, as this was her first Lulu purchase she obviously didn’t know her perfect size. After asking to exchange for a smaller pair she gets a judgmental look up and down and gets asked “that would mean a size 6. Are you usually a 6? ” In a very rude voice. Which she proceeded to say yes and that it’s US sizing so they would fit her. Keep in mind if her first pair were to big obviously the smaller size would fit her. Very disappointed in this Lulu and the customer service.
Unhelpful and slow to respond and eventually dismissive in response to a very reasonable request for a credit note/refund. Will not shop here again. Do not recommend
Went there on a quiet evening, wasn’t greeted, let alone offered assistance. There were about 4 staffs who were all chatting among themselves. Stayed there for about 10 mins browsing around for what was gonna be my first ever lulu lemon tights before catching a couple of staffs were scanning me from head to toe. Well, if this is the quality you offer, then I’ll get another brand.
