Fantastic service very clean but I’ll be honest the food wasn’t that good no flavour I was disappointed

Great Cantonese food thats reasonably priced given the location at Crown Southbank.
Enjoyable Service and Environment.
Fish options and fresh seafood could be better.
Overall however consistently above average food quality, price and service.

Absolutely amazing! We have been here twice now, first time on a very busy Saturday night, no booking, packed out yet they still managed to get us table for three. We came again today for lunch and felt very welcomed and the food and service remained at the very great same level if not just as good. Thankyou to management and staff at Lucky Chan see you again soon.

Enjoyed a delicious meal here. Had fried rice, pork cutlet with mandarin sauce and the seafood basket. The pork cutlet was a winner for the kids, they really enjoyed it. The 3 dishes was enough for a family of four. We went on a Sunday so be prepared to pay 10% surcharge. They had plenty of staff on, they were so eager to take away our plates even though my wife was still eating. We felt a bit rushed, would be nice if they ease up on that part of the service. Perhaps they had customers waiting for our table. Kids said they'll go again, so thumbs up.

Been here a few times, food and service were great, better come when they are not that busy.

There was a RAT in the restaurant AT 12: 20 in the afternoon right as I was leaving! The Manager proceeded to try and stamp on it and then kicked it behind the bar as I shrieked out loud in the foyer. Sadly, I had already paid my bill, and the food had been ok, although now we all felt sick! As I proceeded back to speak to the Concierge at Crown (who had referred me to this establishment in the first instance) and ask for a refund, and for her to please telephone the restaurant and enquire about it, she said simply that she was too busy at the moment but would definitely follow it up. Three days later I have yet to hear back. If there are RATS running in the restaurants in the middle of the day the whole Crown complex must be INFESTED! STEER CLEAR!

Myself and husband dropped in for a quick dinner after the cinema. We chose 5 entrees to share and loved every one of them. Will go back for full meal. Great staff and service

Average food for a 5 star owned restaurant. Not upto crown’s standards unfortunately.
One of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. It was shocking it see such staff and managers at such a high level cuisine.

Absolutely amazing food and service. Best chicken and sweet corn soup I’ve had in many years. Fried rice was delicious and lemon chicken was fantastic. We walked in with no reservation and were treated to a great table. We will be back. Thank you!

Lucky Chan is located in the prime entertainment district in the Crown Casino complex. It is slightly more upmarket than your average Yum Cha restaurant. Nice place settings and decor with more than ample staff to cater for your needs. The staff are trained to describe all the yum cha delights in English and seem very attentive and happy to please. The food is of high quality and comes out hot. Pricing however is not cheap, probably due to the high rents in this location

I have never had such a poor dining and service experience, our family waited over 2 hours for our meals and still some meals were missed.
When we questioned waiter we received such a rude response.
If I could had a minus 0 review I would.
My advice is don't waste your money you will be very disappointed.

I was highly disappointed with the food here. The crispy fried chicken was dry and over cooked. I paid $17 for a crab leg sticking out of a ball which was filled with rubbery prawn mixture. The dishes were not overpriced and over rated, a street food vendor could have done better. Disgusting food but great service.

The food was amazing delicious and just beautiful
The service with the food was fast, but missed opportunity was service following up on drinks or even providing water
Location was clean and fit for the theme
To help with the atmosphere I feel more fitting music could have been played rather then generic tunes

We had a wonderful night, the food was amazing, with lots of flavours that made you want to eat more. The staff were excellent and were always smiling and ready for a chat. Look foward to going back.

Just come back from Lucky Chan we had a banquet. The food started coming out hot then the last half was cold and the sweets. We had banana fritter and it was stone cold.and to top it off. I knew the bill was gonna be high but I didn’t realise it was gonna be $450 and we had a banquet. A small banquet not worth $450 never going back there again

A really nice dinner, the quality of the food was top rate. Very attentive staff and fast service. Enjoyed the dinner there and highly recommend.

I can only say, the first generation management of this restaurant is far better than the current management.

We’ve had better Chinese food at our local Chinese restaurant. The special fried rice was flavourless, could have made it better myself. Ordered the scallop & veg dish, it had 7 scallops, 4 pieces of broccoli & 4 snow peas - dish priced at $54 (so overrated) the plum sauce duck was ok. We waited 30 mins for a glass of water.

The best yum cha in the city! I.thought I was in Hongkong it reminds me of Hongkong yum cha so so good! The turnip cake and the snow bun are so delicious can't get enough of them. Also, the chicken feet are so tender and tasty want to eat more it is so tasty melt in your mouth. We will go back and order more that we didn't eat. And the service is 5 star too very attentive and friendly staff. Thanks for welcoming us

The food was good. Service knocked me off. Captain and staff were very attentive to our needs. Highly recommend.
