Had tickets to an event and was turned away at the door. No refund was offered. No promoters should be holding events here.

Toilets are absolutely disgusting. One doesn’t even flush the smell was horrible will never come here again

Drink terribly expensive when I got charged for one drink for 58 dollars for 1 drink and I asked the bartender did the price changed in different time and she straight up gave me a look and Ofc it loud but rudely say “What! ” And still ignored my question but the rest of the night was good and security guards at the end of the night was kind enough to wait with me till I get my Uber so if u can handle expensive drink and small place big crowd go for it but would definitely come back but better prepared

The music is very nice and have a lots of space to dance and enjoy!

I still did not quite understood why they left people Waiting 45min 1 hours in the cold weather outside on the J Balvin after party while the concert wasn’t finished anyway!

They also assigned an employee to tell people wether they can keep their jacket or not inside!

It s Melbourne not Ibiza or Gold Coast it s quite cold most of the time …

Bartender could be more friendly and look less like they cannot be bothered.

Rather than that it s still a nice club with a nice ambiance!

Bouncers we’re so rude for absolutely no reason at all we had tickets for jay1 last night and pulled up he asked what shirt I had on underneath my jumper and said I was too under dressed that it was a button up shirt event and my “t shirt was too colourful and and childish” had 3 colours on it and was just a shirt I got at a cypress hill concert but when I looked around no one was in button up shirts and on the ticket it said smart casual my clothes I believe fit that description as was just a nice pair a pants converse and a crew neck jumper wouldn’t recommend going here the bouncers are just up em selves tossers and thanks to them I’ve wasted $90

1 of the girl bar tenders weren’t the most friendliest she just gave a disgusted look all night. This club takes photos of u and doesn’t post them for like 3 months and then doesn’t even post all the ones that were taken so they just keep photos of people which is extremely weird

Bad security team. Don’t even worth 1 star. Discrimination at its best. Pathetic security.

Total harassment towards customers. I just asked for other methods to get in and they tried to shout at me very loud. Creul and L bodyguard.

Never have I ever experienced such blatant discrimination from any Melbournian establishment. It's truly pathetic and management have done nothing to rectify this. This club should be out of business and this mentality and poor behaviour shouldn't be happening, let alone in 2023.

When I saw a new review stating "new security is good", I laughed out loud. I think it's most likely a fake review from either the security guards themselves or their mates doing them a favour to inflate their already poor reputation.

I can tell you first hand the Caucasian security guard working on Saturday 1/7 was targeting certain ethnic groups and denying entry to the club while letting in Caucasians.

The same security guard had just rejected another patron ahead of us who was of a similar background to my partner but no way related to us. There was hardly anyone in the line when we had arrived at the club. It took us several minutes to get to the front of the line. As we were waiting we could see security letting in women who were clearly intoxicated. Clearly they do not care about safety of patrons but letting in the 'right' people who look the part but pose a danger to themselves and others.

Security chop and change polices whenever it suits them. My partner confronted the security guard about it and he couldn't even give us a straight answer.

Management should also take a long hard look at themselves. When hiring and training staff, they are representing you and your establishment. By not calling out discriminatory behaviour you are encouraging and promoting this, which has been ongoing for years and is reflected by your embarassing 2 star rating. It should be much less as fake 5 star reviews can only take you so far.

Monique gave us the best service, she was so polite and friendly! Will be back because of her great service.

Poor selection of drinks and low stock level. For a place as popular as it is their selection and stocking is poor. The beer i had first ran out within 30 mins, next i switched to whisky no JW/Glenfiddich the two most common but chose jameson…which was done when i came to next round. Had been patient but one particular staff member was testy when it was the venue’s unpreparedness

Went to Panda Thursdays using #avaneeshsguestlist where he treated my friends and I to a 5* experience.
Best host ever!

If you need cash, don’t use the ATM machine here - it short changed me by $50 and I never got the money back. Had to dispute it with my bank and it took a long time. Plus it charges ridiculous fees too

Really nice club, pretty crowded but good music. Bouncers are a bit scary. Remember to comply to the dress code - formal (dress shoes, heels or boots), else you might be asked to leave.

Look, the club was ok.there was a no cash policy to pay so instead of paying $30 (which is expensive as it is) it was $35 to pay with card.the drinks were expensive also.the music was pretty alright but yeh wouldn’t go again.i think there are better clubs out there.

do yourself a favour and have a browse through the previous reviews on this place.the reoccurring mentions of rudeness, discrimination, and cruelty speak for themselves.i recently attended love machine's weekly saturday night event and waited in line for three hours! I am a very patient and optimistic individual but the disgusting service and staff completely butchered my mood.i watched the bouncers reject two beautiful darker girls in heels for being 'too casual' while proceeding to grant a seperate two wearing SNEAKERS entry.i am fully aware of love mac's strict dress code, but to see staff pick and choose who can and can not enter based on their gender, economic status, race, physical features, etc.it's a very hard thing to watch.there is no empathy, no remorse, no basic human decency here.i along with many others had to put up with insults and nastiness from both people attending the club and staff.upon arriving to the front of the line I was on the verge of tears! Nobody should be treated with such disrespect and negligence.the music and venue itself is to a decent standard, however the way i am treated and made to feel while attending can really make or break a club for me.the people who frequently visit this venue also tend to be extremely rude and egocentric from previous experiences.refrain from giving these people your time or money and excusing their poor behaviour / treatment.there are many other amazing clubs in melbourne that will ensure you have an enjoyable experience.

After some random blonde asked for me to be kicked out; your bouncer who refused to give his name, continue to do so. If he wants a girlfriend, tinder is there. Work is not the place. Pathetic place of business with 0 morals.

Came to this club with 3 guys and 1 girl and wasn’t allowed in because of “ratio”, and then in the same night a mate with 7-8 other guys were allowed in no worries. Like is the management for real in this club?

Had a plan to see some musical programme on my day off, bought 3 three tickets, waited for 2 hours.they could not let me in just because my identity card was unable to scan,
Those security guys were not sensible and were not treating us fairly. I even had thought why Even I have to try so hard to convince them to scan my passport soft copy again, I paid for tickets I am showing who I am in my identity soft copy, only thing those security guard concern was not scanning and it not real.ahhh: (,
I was like I am leaving and never coming back again there: (

I haven’t been to the club. I have been searching online for a decent places. Thanks to the reviews, I will not give them any business to these guys.
