Louis Vuitton Melbourne Crown reviews
62 It’s really bad experiences in Lv, the salesperson is really not professional.when I was going to pick up my order, the sales only care about is whose customers and changed the invoice in their name. I understand the competition in luxury store, but I can’t believe that the behaviour and service in front of the customers. So I picked up my order without too much checking cuz the he just keeping checking me. I totally stay 5 mins there. It’s too much!
Just wanna said, if you’re care about the KPI, plz start to check yourself now. Thank you
I had exceptional and satisfied experience at Louis Vuitton Crown. My sales Suki is really helpful and supportive, she provided high quality customer service and helped me with patient.
Pamela is an absolute delight to shop with!? I went in Saturday evening when the store was very busy. Regardless, Pamela was accommodating, patient, kind and never once made me feel rushed to make a decision on my purchases!
Wife bought an sunny from them for her birthday. Good service but also been during their busy time hard to find anyone free to help.
Received a defective product and was directed to crown LV for an exchange. The store had ZERO sales personnel around for a good 10-15mins. Eventually allocated to an older sales lady wearing glasses who treated us like absolute garbage and it was obvious she hated her job. Please save yourself the agony and go somewhere else.
Unbelievably poor service. We were wondering around hoping somebody could help us, no luck!
Theye were too busy with their phones to serve us!
Absolutely appalling service, I had to wait over 15 minutes to even be acknowledged in the store and when I asked politely the staff said I had to ‘wait’ like everyone else and started becoming aggressive in nature arguing back, not what you’d expect from a luxury brand!
I've been to you just then and it was amazing! Daniela was gorgeous, attentive and created an amazing personalised experience. I've been to Louis 4 times before when I've lived on the Gold Coast (Pacific Fair) and never have been treated like a "real" customer. More feeling like the sales assistant was there to make sure I don't steel anything. So disrespectful. I was never sure if I wanted to buy anything Louis because of this, anytime I went to Pac Fair they also acted like at Hermes shop, where you have to beg to be shown a Birken. Well Daniela thank you for changing my point of view, I'm coming back soon to purchase more, love the belt, handbag next. Now I'm happy to! Romana
I went there on Friday night to buy my wife a bag. All the sales assistants were behind the counter talking to each other. When it was time for my wife to purchase the bag, the sales assistant was rude and snobbish. She made me feel as though she was wasting her time assisting us.
If you are in customer service, your job is to SERVE the customer regardless of who you think that customer may be. They were friendly to other dressed up people but because we were staying at crown towers crystal villa, my wife and i didn't dress up. Therefore they looked down on us.
We ended up walking away and buying elsewhere. My wife was so disappointed LV went from being her fav brand to never wanting to associate herself to LV.
Be kind, regardless of who you think you are serving.
This is now my go to LV in the city, I have had 2 great experiences with Mel who always goes above and beyond, I appreciate the service and checking in when I receive my orders.
Wouldn't visit any other store but crown! The most lovely service by Mel made me feel so special i will be returning for my Christmas shopping!
Waited over 1 hr to pick up an existing order I had already paid for and ready for collection door staff is not very polite won’t be going back
Wow! I was absolutely thrilled with the service I received from Mandie in may was fantastic. She was patient with me in my decision making process, did not hesitate to show me in excess of ten products and made the experience comfortable and enjoyable. I suggest to anyone visiting this store to ask for Mandie.
EXTREMELY IMPOLITE AND RUDE. INSTEAD OF UNDERSTANDING WHAT A CUSTOMER WANTS AND THEIR BUDGET RANGE FOR CERTAIN ITEMS (I HAVE BEEN A LONG TIME LOUIS VUITTON CUSTOMER SINCE 2002), I WAS SERVED BY A MALE WHO DID NOT FEEL LIKE SERVING OR HELPING ME AT ALL DUE TO THE AMOUNT I WAS SPENDING (BUYING A BELT FOR MY HUSBAND). EXCUSE ME, I WAS CARRYING A 5K bag Louis vuitton bag wearing Chanel ballet flats in Cartier jewellery and could not even get the polite mannerisms expected of top customer service doubt someone wearing casual jeans/trackies or a first time LV student buyer would be able to get any better service.
You are a sales associate on casual award wages and even a FT sales associate would only make 40k a year- any LV purchases you make would be on your staff discount there is no need to look down on customers or be rude in someone presence. STOP BEING PRETENDIOUS since I doubt you are able to speak french at all. Such an awful experience at Crown Louis Vuitton. I can't imagine how aftercare is. Only wants to serve big gamblers.
Mandie was an excellent advisor, her customer service was spot on and I would 100% recommend anyone to ask for her when in store. She was so patient and took her time with me in my appointment! I will definitely be back for more future purchases for sure.
The service here was great! I didn't get where are those bad reviews are coming from. But this is the best LV store i have ever been. My sales person was extremely kind and sweet. She pretty much showed me half of the store. Other team members are also very nice to me as well. They constantly checking with me if i want a drink or not. I was tossing between two bracelets and couldn't decide at all. My sales persons and her colleagues styled me and gave very honest opinions which helped me a lot. I walked out of the store with the perfect item. Definitely recommended if you wants to treat yourself with designer brand items and excellent customer services.
The sale guy is really unprofessional even I bought wallet but i feel very upset.we just thinking which one to choose for like 5 mins but he cant patient with that.
Poor customer service. Long term LV client. I wasn't wearing my usual outfit to play the part of cashed up customer so apparently that was sufficient grounds to be profiled by the staff. I came in to try a sample of one of the perfumes - was told no samples without purchase. I know this to be false as I have been routinely given samples in the past in other LV stores without purchase.
Clearly an example of profiling. I intend to lodge a complaint to the Head Office. Staff members like this do a disservice to the brand. I switched to Dior some time ago for this reason and it's these sorts of interactions that remind me to stick with Dior.
If you insist on buying LV - go to the Collins street store or Chadstone - avoid Crown - they don't deserve your commission.
My partner and i had a not so pleasant experience at collins street louis vuitton today. We felt like the lady of caucasian appearance, came off as slightly rude during her interaction with me and my partner. When we decided to purchase a bag we asked for a not display piece however they only had a display left, so whilst I was checking the only bag of the style i wanted i saw a slight dent on the hardware. For some thats fine but im just a bit more particular about it so decided not to purchase it. My partner was trying to explain to the lady why I didn't want a display piece and she made us feel belittled when she grabbed a 60k bag and told us that someone would buy this and not get a brand new one. Like i get that others would be fine with it but every customer is difference. Since the store didn't have another spare bag without a dent we decided to go to crown street louis vuitton instead. We were served by Alfred Lee who had amazing customer service and was very knowledgeable about the materials utilised in the hardware. We appreciate his explanation on how to look after the bags. He should be commended greatly for his customer service. I Will be coming back to louis vuitton to hopefully be served by him again. Thank you so much Alfred for making it such a special experience in getting a louis bag:)
I had a great experience with Stacey and asked for her card. However, the card only has her name on it and no information on how I could contact her. I went back as I found the experience I had better than other stores but I thought wrong. I had the worst experience with a staff called VY/VYN. I was pressured into making my decision I was asked if I was ready to pay so many times when I took my time she started rolling her eyes. If she felt like what I was buying was not enough or worth her time or for her commission she could have just referred me to someone else. I asked her if she could wrap the scarf I bought around the bag I bought but she just made it feel like it is a burden to me saying she does not know how to do it and she does not know who else knows how to. I felt bad and told her that I would come back in an hour to give her time to figure it out even after that she did not seem genuine at all she did not even smile I tried to understand that maybe it's just her face but she did not even say thank you or come again to me after I paid. Shouldn't a person working in Louis Vuitton be trained on such a thing? Is it not a basic requirement at least? I did not expect a brand like Louis Vuitton to have such disappointing customer service. I had better experience with other brands below their tier ironically.
