Visited lv crown after a night in Melbourne no one helped us and we waited around for quite some time. Really disappointing as no one seemed to care.
Horrible experience. I came with my family after dining at Crown to get some ideas to purchase but after being scanned up and down by the greeter at the front, and being ignored by staff I will not be returning to this location.
I went to pick up a bag to get a closer look and rather than being helped I was told to put the bag down and back away from the area. I'd like to stress two things:
1) I work in luxury retail. These bags aren't fragile and I will not hurt them by touching and trying on
2) My family were dressed for a nice lunch at Crown. But this shouldn't effective the service we receive.
We were not greeted, not asked if we needed assistance. We were followed around the store by security who was more interested in scoffing at us.
Absolutely disgusting.
The service here is a joke. Staff make out things are harder than they are. This wasn’t just my experience but what I also witnessed while waiting in store. I won’t be back.
Very poor customer service waited in store while the staff chatting among themselve and the rest of them pretending looks busy! Maybe we didnt wear right clothes.never go back there!
Absolutely disgusting service! I was judged by one off the sales assistant there! She basically judged me on the way i was dressed and was not interested in serving me and telling the proper price of the items. I was going to the tennis that day. She was boosting up the price like i couldn't afford it! I was in shock in the way i was treated. I had a lot off money in my handbag to buy something! I'm a platinum card holder at crown. I will never step foot in that store again!
Unfortunately the customer service here is very unprofessional! I have been a customer for many years and spend a very great amount yearly here at LV crown. I had a small issue with my bag (leather, that they claim lifetime warranty for) and they wouldn't help me and mentioned its because the material is leather and its normal. I went through to the manager and he was also very unhelpful. Overall the tem at LV were very unhelpful and became very disrespectful, they have lost a loyal customer!
As a previous loyal LV client you can only imagine my disgust as being ignored by all sales staff. The gent at the door who wanted your name upon walking in was the only person to wear a smile and the only one in the entire store to even awknowledge us, all other staff were to busy talking to each other or in a hurry to walk past us. Total shame as I was there to buy myself another bag for Xmas, sunnies for my son and my hubby wanted a pair of loafers.
So we kept our $$$$ and went to Chanel at Melbourne Central then Dior and Bally on Collins St and got nothing but great attentive service and sourced similar items that we were after. LV customer service has really gone downhill and I will definitely never return to the Crown store after that display of appalling display in a lack of customer service. Their loss.
Not bad service but not great either. Probably because I only went to ask about a bracelet that I purchased less than 3 months ago, the crystal had fallen out and she simply said nothing can be done about it. Oh well. Lesson learned! Just buy their bags!
Edit - Today when I went to purchase the bag, the 'client advisor' did not help me, he was - just so uncooperative! This particular 'advisor' didn't have the basic decency to ask if I wanted to look around or choose an alternate bag in the store. Totally opposite to my prior experience at Louis Vuitton (Crown) store! I was dumbfounded today.
But because I went with the intent of purchasing the bag today without delay, I bought it! And left the store with such a bitter feeling I cannot explain. I am almost teary eyed because I purchased from the hands of a fellow whose attitude totally sucks. The person knows fully what he did, but sake of privacy, I refrain to name him.
Now looking forward to cancel the order. Nothing against the brand, but the staff! God help them.

Hubby and I slinked through here for a quick pair of sunnies before we went to watch the sun over the yearra 550 BUCKS FOR A pair of sunnies what an absolute bloody rip off! Even the bloody seven eleven sells spunky solarised sunnies for thirty bucks. I asked to speak to Lois personally to ask what the big deal was but the communist at the counter spun some bull dust about him doing stuff in Paris NOT AT MY EXPENSE MATE. Fat chance! When I went to pick up my handbag and asked the person in charge that’s day if she could reload the points on the crown card, she told me no.when I told her that the person who helped me when I bought the handbag told me that I could do it. The lady in charge of that day, instead of giving me a solution, she began to argue with me, I was totally perplexed so I decided not to continue the discussion and my friend tried to talk but the person's attitude did not change.in conclusion that day she told me to talk to the person who attended me that she was coming the next day, but she had the day off
I’m when I went the next day they told me that they could do it there was no problem. Although they still took too long and when I asked if I could see the handbag they told me that I had already picked up, and after a few minutes they brought me the handbags.
I bought 3 pairs of shoes i pair dident wear for 3 years stord away safe when i wore them they broke in half i no this can hapen to shoes if you dont wear them for a while but dident hapen to my nikes this shoudent hapen to 1000 dolar loui vuitton snekers when in for an anser they said nothing they could do about it verry disapointed i gues becose they made in china now made in italy it says on them but thats the leather asembled in china thats what 1 worker told me so beter to stick to hermes thats still made in france
Standing inside the store waiting to be served. Staff ignored me. Sadly been treated like this. I'm a big buyer louis Vuitton customer. Store wasn't busy that time. I'm waiting to be served. No one look after. After half an hour I just walk out
Quite surprised at some of the bad reviews because I’ve had THE BEST experience with Anna! She has exceptional customer service skills and understands what I’m after with some really good suggestions/alrernatives (and not just sales talk).
Will definitely keep coming back to this store because of the professional staff and exceptional service!
It seems they are selling secondhand display used prices to sunglasses, it was out of the balance and loose! It was not LV experience for sure!

I had really bad experience with seller name VY. She is very terrible person. She even text her friend while I was asking for the product and gave me me glance with meaning dont disturb her. Never buy in Luis Vuiton Crown. End up buying in Dior with perfect service.
If you shop a crown Melbourne you need to see Vy the shop assistant. Pleasure to have by our side very very helpful and accomadating most of all very friendly and easy to shop with she was always at our needs. 10/10 can't wait to see Vy again.
If there’s zero i would give this store that rate. As you can scroll through the reviews, they have the worst and bad experience here, and that’s what me and husband felt when we visited to this LV shop. I didn’t get the chance to get the SA name but she’s soooo rude. I was about to buy a bag and was so excited as I stepped in but she shouted OH MY GGGG! Coz i was filming as part of our melbourne vlog. She is overly reacted and wanted me to right away stop and delete the video, like I did a crime. The momentum went down and felt so humiliated. I bought an LV bag in Sydney shop and the french lady SA was so nice and lovely, and was even okay to film her as part of my vlog. It won’t hurt me if that SA from crown melbourne will be professional to say that filming is not allowed. I ended up not shopping and just bought online. I will vlog my worse experience soon, to inform people, to STAY AWAY TO THIS SHOP!
