My partner just came back from an appointment where he was getting his beard SHAPED and the sides of his hair cut to a low fade keeping length on the top FOR OUR WEDDING.

He has come up devastated as the barber decided to cut off half of the length of his beard that he has been growing over the last year as well as chopping length off the top of his hair when he asked for the length to be left.

Considering it is our wedding on Saturday and he is now left upset.thanks a lot.

PLEASE listen to your customers, he figured going to a barber you would understand something about beards and especially the mans love of one. Not cut half of it off.

I've been going to Lords of the North for years now. They've always given me a great haircut and the staff are friendly. They really take their time to ensure that you have the best haircut possible.

Came here after going to barbers and blowaves because they stuffed up my hair.they did the best they can to fix it.cheers

Beer is not always guaranteed.but a great haircut and friendly service certainly is! 100% happy every time no matter which staff I got. It can get very busy here, but coming around mid afternoon or earlier in the work week tends to pay off. Online booking works but can still be waiting if it's busy.

Good haircuts.however even though I book online I never get my haircut done at that time. They are always running 15 to 30 mins late.

Been here a few times each time with a different barber and each time the haircut has been excellent, also they have nice little doggos walking around having fun

The second to last time I came here I made a booking online ahead of time. After waiting half an hour past that time for someone to get around to cutting my hair I walked out. I figured hey, it might have been a bad night - everyone deserves another chance, right?
So I booked again, and turned up on time again, and have once again just walked out after sitting around waiting for half an hour. I don’t think they even noticed I left.
Needless to say there will not be a third time.

Best haircut I've ever had in my life and friendly staff. Free beer while you wait is a great bonus

My husband usually books appointments in advance online, and has a great cut. He was booked in yesterday, but received a call to say one of the guys was ill and was told to come today instead. All good so far. He turns up today- he was told that there was no appointment for him today, and that his appointment was actually yesterday. He explained about the phone call he received, but was told that he couldn't be accommodated today. Really unfortunate as he has a big function to attend this weekend. Pretty disappointing.

This is a professional well run outfit. I love how you can book appointments now. The staff are talented at what they do and have fun. Say hi to Mr Biggie.

Barber was rushed didn't finish the cut. Didn't listen to what I was saying and cut over 5cm of beard off. I emailed the company with my dissatisfaction and got no reply. Don't care about their customers like they used to. Very dissapointed as I've had such great experiences in the past.

I've been a regular customer over the last 18 months and have enjoyed their service and quality work from the crew.

A big fan of the new booking system during weekdays too.
