Had some sports gear (MTB knee pads) altered here, they did an excellent job making them fit better especially considering how complicated and difficult a job it is and they look fantastic.

Have been using this service for years without issue. Recently had a bit of a disaster through a misunderstanding, and I couldn't be happier with the lengths that they went to to resolve the problem. This resulted in them replacing a garment and refunding costs. The test of service is when things go wrong, and they passed the test with flying colours

Bit expensive but they did the job well. Person serving was friendly enough, seemed a bit forced but she was trying

No customer service. The owner lady looking for a fight when I was picking up my dress. She gave me a unfriendly look and asked the customer behind me if he want to put his clothes on for alteration. The man said no, for dry clean. I was next in line for service. I speak up and gave her my docket. She served me with such an effort. And, the alteration cost me $40. Not value for money considered its only two straight lines down the back of my dress. I will not go back there again. Bad service from an owner, bad example for staff.
