Fantastic customer service. Always on time and offer an excellent Express service. Im a regular customer and have never been let down, would highly recommend to anyone looking to do alterations in the area.

First time using the services of Looksmart Alterations Watergardens and it exceeded all my expectations. Began with a friendly welcoming smile from Kamal then understood exactly what I wanted to achieve in a full suit alteration. Estimated time of completion was 24-48 hours but whole job was done in less than that timeframe. Thank you to Kamal and the ladies of Looksmart Alterations at Watergardens. NOT pinned this way... "ready in an hour"... 1 hour later nothing done. Waited so I wouldn't have to make a special trip... Next..... " ready in 10 mins"... I'll come back (made a special trip) and THIS is what I get.
Can you fix it! Leave it and come back tomorrow... Yeah right like I trust you!
NEVER AGAIN! Incompetent and lack of care in their work! I do NOT recommend this place! Avoid it at ALL costs!

Reasonable prices and alterations looked great. Wouldn't hesitate to use their services again or recommend to others.

Extremely overpriced- the dress was cheaper than what I was charged to have it taken in! Won’t be returning!

Absolute worst place. For one, they are extremely overpriced. Secondly they do a terrible job with their alterations. I took two pairs of pants to be tapered, both pants started unraveling at the seam after one week. A Went back a few days ago as I had no other options at the time and they charged 15 dollars for a belt strap to be resowed on. The belt strap unraveled after two days and I had to take it to another alteration place who were appalled at their work. Save yourself the time and money and do not go here.

Unsatisfied with both customer servicing and work.

Came 2 days ago to have 2 pairs of trousers shortened. Got a quote but after I told the attendee that I also have a $10 voucher, she said that their prices are discounted, and that the voucher will only apply to the full price. In effect the voucher only resulted to a $0.20 discount. Wouldn't have availed their service if I wasn't rushing.

Got the trousers today and I'm not happy. Felt they didn't follow my instructions.

Was really disappointed that i was charged $45 for the hem of a dress! Really disgusting! Over priced and unreasonable prices!
Wont be going there anymore!
We took the dress to Deer Park and they charge me $25 dollars

Alteration to 3 jeans for tapering and 1 leather jacket for new zip. Awesome work some decent pricing.
