Be very careful when hiring a school. I have been waiting 4 months for a refund from "LONSDALE INSTITUTE". I have a record of more than 25 phone calls where they mock or do not respond, and more than 15 emails where they no longer respond. The money refund is due to a problem with the visa, which corresponds to a full refund of the value of the course. I kindly agreed to receive less than that amount in the first email I received from the school. After that the situation only got more complicated. I was asked to submit two forms and supposedly in 3 weeks I would get my money back. After those three weeks they asked me again to submit the same forms already submitted before, at the same place and send to the same email address. I kindly agreed. Then another two months passed. I tried calling and emailing and got no response. It was really difficult to talk to someone from the finance side. When I finally got through to that department (jessica). Don’t study in this school. I pay more and AUD 3,000 in May, I got the approval for my student visa and then, for personal reasons I was unable to go to Australia.
As per their cancellation fees, they have to refund me AUD 1,600. That should had happened in July and I have no news from my money! Unreal! No news about my money either

A great school. Have a lot students from Latin countries in the night classes. Preferably take your classes in mornings. I love teachers Candy, Anette and Claudia. David from China is a great person and help you to find discounts around Melbourne.

The best study center where I have been, I first learned English and I was delighted with its flexibility, attention, good treatment and commitment to the student, then I studied a vet course there from which I came out very prepared and now I decide to go back to study with the best! When something is good it's okay to say it

Haven't been much in campus hence can't say much but I like the new campus as it's spacious and clean.

Was taking the Diploma for Hospitality management and the trainer Cate was amazing. She had been very patient to the class and organised some course related outing which the class enjoyed alot.

I like the method and the practices that we have during the course because they keep me motivated and I learn more.

I am student of this college will review/update about the college later after completing my graduate diploma.so happy to learn and diversity.

I used to study here for a year, if I could choose again, I would not study here again. The staff at the front desk and someone who replying letters were very rude and impolite.

Currently completing a Diploma of Project Management online with Lonsdale Institute, and have been really happy with the course content and teachers - many of which have experience working in the industry. There is really good course material provided online through the online learning portal, and I'm able to continue working as a Project Manager while I further my study in this area. Students are from all different backgrounds, some still studying and others working on projects in companies already. Highly recommended.

I started my studies back in 2016 at Lonsdale Institute, coming from a foreign country, and I can only say good things about Lonsdale. From my personal experience, management to teachers, the staff were attentive and kind. I always felt acknowledged by my teachers as well and they made sure I never left with more doubts about the subjects, if I had any. Provided you really want to study, classes are quite interactive and it's almost impossible not to make any connections and meet new people who are willing to help you learn as well. Some days were easier than others, but overall, I found my experience at Lonsdale Institute to be great.

They took a month to answer my emails! Changed the leadership and management code due to the education department. They said in the email that any unit already completed will be credited and surprisingly the last unit was not credited because it was not similar to any unit in the new version. They told us this when we already made the assessment. Absolutely not fair. Besides, It takes them years to qualify the assessments. Not recommend it.

Terrible.
Started the certificate IV of marketing in October 2020 to March 2021 with a Substitute Teacher. She confessed to us that it wasn't her field.
She was usually teaching business and management.
So 1/3 of our certificate was just reading someone else power point, not being able to learn anything.
They finally fixed the problem, found a new teacher. Sue was ok. But COVID happened.
Went online. Not even a compensation as I already paid the bill.
Trying to finish the certificate online. Most of student dropped the course. I didn’t drop but uploaded rubbish for my assessments. They all got approved! LOL!

I wonder if they even corrected them.
The teacher from Sydney was telling all of us that he wouldn’t mark our assessment because he wasn’t getting paid. That’s probably what happened.

Avoid this cheap school. Hopefully they won’t survive COVID.

Great place to study. They have great practices to avoid bullying in the classes. The location is excellent.

One of the worst place! The orientation was confusing, they blame students for not reading. They reply with 1 liners email, tutor is also guilty of this. U get sent information abt assignments due when its not and classes being cancelled, also when its not. The best of it all is they drown you with 24 assignments for the Diploma and only give you 4 days average to complete every 2 assignments. Im seriously struggling but they simply do not care - acadamic manager said they are not gonna change things for just 1 student and gd luck.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCHOOL AT ALL COST.

I had been student from March 2013 to February 2016 and I have had the most exiting experiences!
Excellent trainers Professional staff and very helpful administration!

Been in this Institute couple of years (Sydney and Melbourne)
Sydney Institute was like a home for me, the staff was always so nice with me.they constantly organized activities for students and made us felt as in the safe environment.
Melbourne institute was a nice place to study, well located and facilities to the class options time.

Great location, helpful staff. I attended courses starting with Cerificate IV in Business and finished with Advanced Diploma of Business. I learned a lot, I enjoyed the presentations and the atmosphere in the class. There were assignments to submit and that required work and time but to me it was a natural part of the educational process. My overall experience was very positive and I would come again.

I studied General English.
I loved the teacher and the organization.
From the beginning they help me so much, the staff is very friendly.
My teacher was Australian and he did very enjoyable the classes.
The school has a great location and facilities.

It's a great institute. Good quality and service. Also you can find comfortable schedules for your classes.
