I had to move out of my house due to my safety being at risk by another house member and my property manager was horrific to deal with. No compassion whatsoever and even tried to force me to stay on the lease and pay rent despite a protection order being in place and even having spoken with the detectives handling the matter. It’s honestly scarred me. Lisa Yang needs to put the safety of her tenants before her pay cheque.

Our experience with Longview was at the tail end of a 4 year lease on a property after the previous managers were taken over by them. Unfortunately it was not a great experience with the communication and treatment of us as tenants was really bad. We were still paying rent and going through the cleanup process of the property and the managers told us they were installing a lock box on the property to allow access for trades to come through and quote works to be done after we moved out. We still had personal belongings and were moving out and cleaning. We voiced our concerns and were told in no uncertain terms that the trades were coming through regardless of our concerns, this was less than one week of us vacating and the managers could not wait. Dealing with them was very one sided and unprofessional. Communication was lastminute and vague and we were made feel that there was no consideration for us as tenants throughout. During our 4 years at the property we did not miss a payment and treated the home as our own, it was a very disappointing way to finish the lease and experience with Longview.
