Fantastic customer service received yesterday from the girls at the Collins street store. They handled my repair with perfection and care. Definitely recommend and will continue to do business with them.

This new boutique is awesome. Bought a new watch few weeks back and got nothing less than perfect service. I was able to browse without any pressure, and when I got what I wanted, they promptly resized the watch strap. I also had a nice chat with the staff who was very knowledgable about timepieces in general. I can’t wait to go back and ‘upgrade’ my watch)
