My wife bought me an Evidenza and they sold it $700 more than what Salera's jewelry was selling it for. When I called to ask them to honor the market price, they simply refused telling me that they were an official store, so what, as if i cannot get the same watch
and aftersales from any registered distributor. Please check other sellers before visiting this store.

Today we walked into Longines looking for a birthday present for me. Lucy assisted us, she was polite, answered all our questions patiently and was extremely helpful. We even left to go to Omega quickly and Lucy did not pressure us into buying. We came back and even got one for my husband! So happy with our purchases:)

Went into Longines today looking to purchase my first Swiss mechanical watch. The wonderful Enoch spent time patiently and politely showing me a few different models that I’d had my eye on. I ended up walking out with a Flagship Heritage and could not be happier with my purchase. Thanks so much for your help Enoch!

I recently purchased a watch for myself from the Collin’s store boutique and was assisted by sales exec, Priscilla who was exceptionally polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Ended up buying one from the master collection. Great experience overall.

I was served by a sales assistant named Elizabeth, and I just want to say she was rude, arrogant and ruined my experience in there for me. Is there really need to be so unpleasant to someone who is genuinely interested in what you're selling?

I walked out after a while because I no longer wanted to be served by her nor make the sales through her, and probably will purchase my Longines watch at a different boutique. It seems like this boutique is already notorious for their bad service, so perhaps it is unsurprising that this experience happened to me.

I am the owner of many Longines pieces for many years and generations and wear them with pride.

However, just lately I’ve experienced some average service that I would not expect from a luxury brand which I would like to bring to everybody's attention.

I went into the store in April 2022 to get my Longines watch repaired. After an overview of the repair, I was informed the repair estimate would be $330.

Five weeks later I received an email informing me the watch will need to be sent to Switzerland for repair with a potential 6-month wait and the repair would still only cost me $330. I agreed that I would rather Longines repair my watch and was happy to wait. To my disappointment, I recently received a follow-up email with a quote for $1350 for the repairs.

I followed up with Peter from the store who is understanding of the situation. However, my overall experience as a proud owner of Longines service is poor and would not have expected this from a luxury brand. I have been miss lead from a quote perspective and its 2 months and still have no watch.

I would like to escape this dissatisfaction and have my watch back and my original quote for repair honoured.

I have recently bought my first diver watch from Longines at Colins st. The store is well designed and the service was superb. May Young was particularly helpful and patient with my questions, the entire buying process was delightful.

I went to the store today with 2 friends.we don't know friday is closed at 7pm. I also apologize for this error. When I entered the store, I was greeted by an Asian employee, whose name was May. She served very quickly but I wanted a product that was just right for my hand, when I took the watch to try, my friend didn't have time to look at it, she took it back. Then I chose 2 but the price difference jumped. We want to consult. She said that I have 15 minutes to close the door, if you have a choice, hurry up.why didn't she say "sorry I have 15 minutes left to close, you can't choose, you can come back earlier tomorrow so we can serve you again. " Her service is so bad. An item that we spend a lot of money on cannot be bought within 10 minutes. Please choose another place so that we can spend some money and get respect.

I phoned Longines a few times and I found staff to be very helpful and friendly. They were all very knowledgeable and quick to respond to my questions. Service was excellent! I ordered the watch mid week, hoping to receive it on Saturday for my 40th birthday and they went the extra mile to send my watch as soon as funds had cleared and I was very pleased and surprised to receive my watch for my birthday. I highly recommend. Thank you team:)

Reasoning with the store rep at this store was like trying to squash water. The trust and loyalty that I invested in buying a watch were let down. Wish I had known that Swatch only cares about selling units and customer experience always falls on dead ears. Utterly disappointed with the brand and the store.

I had such an amazing experience working with John to get a watch for my boyfriend. He helped me find the perfect watch in my budget and, unlike another store I went to, he wasn’t at all pushy. My boyfriend was so happy!

I am on a vacation to Melbourne and yesterday afternoon I decided to make a visit to the store to browse styles and prices as I love the longines watch I wear daily and as it had been bought many years ago so I was wondering what the prices are like now a days. I am so disgusted with the way I was treated, that is why I am writing this 1 star review. I was truly made to feel like I was being judged on my appearance and perceived wealth. This behaviour is disgusting and I would hope it is rectified quickly. I would give the experience 0 stars if possible. Due to this judgement I was quickly met by a lady who made it quite clear I was not welcome to the store and then proceeded to tell me quite rudely that if I wanted to look at styles I should look at the website whilst I am standing in the store! If I ever return to the store I hope to not be served by this person again. I am very disappointed to have had this experience.

Today, I bought 2 watches in Longines in Melbourne (on Collins Street) and spent about $7,000.

Emily Li (Boutique Assistant Manager) was the one who was very RUDE throughout the transactions and made a customer VERY UNPLEASANT that I even had to ask her, 'are you angry? '. She relied bluntly 'no I am sick today' (ok, at least she indirectly admitted her rudeness due to being sick).

Also, she just urged me to pay even before I had not even started checking the goods I was buying! It felt like one would not even have the embarrassment or/and the feelings even when buying a $10 dollar watch.

You does not even deserve a ZERO rate! And this job (customer service) is definitely not for you especially given the reputation of Longines.

I like Longines and will visit the boutique in near future too, but I will never deal with the rude and uneducated manager anymore; and I will avoid Longines Melbourne as much as possible.

Fantastic service and great store experience. Called up on the phone and staff were very well informed about my queries. Arriving at the store I was greeted politely despite not fitting the typical "profile" being a bit younger and was served enthusiastically:)
