The Staff were all dressed in Halloween Costumes, and the shelves were full of things to choose from

Have all sorts of party stuff and service was great help us out with what we wanted a 10 yr olds ballons at sort notice, on the way to party

I went in for one item - naughty straws for a hen's night - and they were out of stock. Unfortunate timing perhaps but it warrants an average rating from me for that reason. When you need some naughty straws, a tiara covered in plastic phalluses simply won't do!

Ordered 13 balloons for my daughters 21st.
Picked 11 balloons up at 1pm Saturday and by 2 pm Sunday half where on the floor, hardly lasted 24 hrs and apparently we paid extra for something to make them last longer!
Disappointed to say the least!

I would definitely recommend FG lombards! Tegan was absolutely amazing! She helped us with our gender reveal and honestly could not have been more kind during the process

They got everything that you need for a party. Staff are kind enough to serve you even if you drop in last minute.

They didn't seem to have as much paper stock as what they used to have. However they do have quite a variety of theme styled items including lolly jars, to choose from for your event.

Great place to pick up your party gear or for that special occasion. Plates, balloons, costumes too mant items to mention. Or you may like to check out the great selection of halloween, christmas or football themes they have. Staff are friendly and very helpful with any questions you may have.

After being super disappointed by a competitor of Lombards, I pulled in here with little hope. Low & behold, the girls in here were fantastic. More than friendly & willing to help me out at slightly short notice. I couldn't even get service at the other store! Safe to say I will be returning to Lombards with all my party needs!

A nice clean store and quality products it may seem a little overpriced but as they say pay for what you can and you get pretty good quality

Spent $45 on a Micky Mouse balloon to find the head constantly detaching and stuck on the ceiling. Very disappointing!

Last minute choice to get table balloons for a birthday. Fast and friendly service and not very expensive. Great job. Highly recommend these guys

Purchased helium balloons for welcome home surprise. I collected order and was advised that I had total order. Got home and started counting.was not whole order. Luckily I made it back just before closing. No apologies from girl that served me until I made comment to another staff member.
On a final note, purchasing balloons with hi-float was a great idea. They stayed up for a good week!

The perfect place to find everything for events, however some items can be a little pricey. Overall the one stop shop for all your party & event needs

RUDE UNPLEASANT STAFF! Made me feel extremely uncomfortable the entire time. No greeting hello, no asking if I needed help. I asked a question and got the rudest response in an unfriendly way. I’ll never go back here. Not only this but it was sooooooooooo expensive! I regret buying anything from this place. Honestly avoid! Hallam are cheaper and even the reject shop have decorations 1/4 price

Just rang to pay for my order before pick up and my payment slip from the store different to the form the person I rang was looking at. What an obnoxious rude person she was. Let's the store down with her rudeness. I'll go elsewhere next time

Staff and friendly and helpful. Have a large range of products including obscure and strange items.

Way too expensive with there Helium Gas to fill Balloons. I wanted 3 Giant Balloons filled up (90cm diameter) $90.00 WOW! Went to (Topp Party Supplies) Hallam $30.00 all 3 Ballons 1/3 of the cost! Plus a Full Hellium tank for hire would only have cost me $55.00 in Hallam. Sorry Lombards nice try!
