Very well organised store and very nice halloween decorations. Got a few items discounted by a lovely lady at the counter.

I went to this place to inflate my balloons with helium (I paid for the extra helium duration. 2-3 days inflated) I went in the morning and when I got home 1 balloon was deflated. I inflated it again. I paid extra money for the extra durable helium, but the rest of the balloons deflated anyway. This store is too expensive and the service is not good.
The customer service is not good, they look angry.

Unfortunately, the lady who was serving me could care less about doing her job right in customer service. The balloons are great but it wasn’t offered to have a gel put in the balloons for 70c extra for each balloon so the helium lasts 2-3 days instead of 10 hours. She just asked if they were for today. I noticed someone picking up balloons and asked how those last to the next day and then found out. So, I grabbed more balloons for another $19.95 arrangement. She didn’t offer to replace or rectify to pay the difference to include the gel and re-do and then just charged me for a whole other arrangement even though I told her to pop the original ones. Turns out the 13 balloon arrangement costs $34.95 while I paid $39.90 for 10 balloons because we had to redo one. If she’d done her job properly I’d have had more understanding, saved money and had a better gift. Now 5 balloons will deflate by morning but at least my father in law will have the other 5 for a few days now before his surgery. Overall happy with being able to pop in and pick up but unhappy with customer service.

This was a very strange experience…

Walked in to get some balloons on Friday.
There were a handful of staff who seemed displeased & agitated when asked for help.

The first lady spoke to me as if I was a bother asking for help.

The second lady spoke to me as if I was stupid when I asked for further help.

The lady at the checkout seemed like she didn’t want to be at work and was very cold.

What a horrible, unprofessional & cold atmosphere.

Luckily by the time I came to pick up my balloons there was a much nicer & professional young girl who served me & the balloons were completed as instructed- That’s the only reason for 2 stars.

Go to spotlight next door, at least you know you’ll get decent customer service and that you won’t be treated as such.

I have shopped at Lombards for the past 7 years for all of my families celebrations and today for the first time I went to the fountain gate store due to Cranbourne now being closed. After my experience today you have just lost a loyal customer. The lady with blonde shoulder length hair that served me today was so rude and dismissive. It was a simple balloon order I was trying to make and she made the whole process horrible, never have I had such bad customer service with attitude before. I will never be using your store again.

Great place for all your party needs. Plenty of parking out front. Huge range of costumes, party supplies, decorations, pretty much anything you will need for a party or Halloween. We always get our balloons done here and they are amazing. Always beautifully put together and the staff are very friendly and helpful in making choices if you can't decide what you want.

I ordered custom balloons and they were great, the staff were friendly and helpful.
Great costume selection and party decorations, definitely will keep doing our party shopping here.

Wow what amazing staff that know the products. Customer servive was amazing. May have waited to get served as they were all busy but gave me time to have a look around. Very helpfull and was not disappointed with there service. Definitely will be coming back. Thankyou to all the amazing staff at lombards narre warren.

They have lots of party products, but unfortunately the staff are very unhelpful and rude. I tried placing a click and collect order after visiting the store because they didn’t have an item in stock; and I wait three weeks for my order confirmation which never came, I went into the store again to inquire about this and got spoken down to by the lady behind the counter in a belittling fashion, in front of other customers. I seriously recommend the company look at their staff and rehiring people that actually care about their customers and treat them with kindness and basic human decency.

Very bad customer service over the phone and staff quite unpleasant and unhelpful (Cranbourne staff was more helpful). Customer service at counter very poor. If only people realise without customers there’s no business and no jobs. It’s doesn’t cost to be nice and polite!

Absolutely ZERO customer service. My request was ghosted via email. I followed up with a phone call in which they insisted I go instore to select my balloons. I go instore and am treated like I am a hassel for my request. As I am about to place my $150 order. I get quoted $50 delivery, then $60 then $120 delivery because I needed them at 10am? All of this was explained over email. I asked for several quotes and never received one. If these are your set prices then respond to the email with a quote or advise over the phone so we are both not wasting our time!

Very horrible customer service i received from staff today, i have requested a refund and she has given me a hard time and end up taking my item without returning the full amount of refund. I feel really cheated and still shaking today due to poor customer service. I also feel like she has taken advantage of me. I would never recommend this place if you are thinking of returning your items. Very upset customer!

Love Lombard shop and doing shopping great stuff. But I have ordered online the items in august.very unhelpful staff over the phone. Very bad customer service over the counter.if can give less than 1 star l’d have done that. We all work in different jobs including myself and get tired frustrated occasionally. But sorry don’t treat our customers or clients disrespectful. What’s the whole point of having customers assistant on shops is making relation and helping people, regardless of their background, accent isn’t it?
Better to hire robots in future they won’t judge at least
