This place stocked 'just enough' for seasonal events. You need to get in early to have some good selections. Customer service isn't the best, more transactional personnel that scan your items, take your money and wish you a lovely day. Friendly atmosphere but lacks product when you need it and service/support.

I love the big veriety. From horse racing to party stuff to balloons to football fever to Halloween and much much more. Great shop. Prices above average but quality is high so I don't mind paying alittle more for good quality. You won't be disappointed if you go here.

Friendly staff, everything you need for birthday parties and similar events. Not sure if they have a loyalty program, but it would be a good idea to have one.

Large store with easy to access, large aisles. Staff member helped us with what we were looking for.

No customer service, staff do not approach you to ask if require assistance. However after leaving with no purchase the sales chick looked & said 'see you later'.

They are a huge ripoff. They are charging $50 for EXACTLY THE SAME moana costume that is $20 at BIGW

Unhelpful staff answering the phone. I've been told by another store they had 3 of the items I was after and the lady just told me they don't have it even before I give her the item code and once I asked her to check the system and tell me whoelse would have it she says she could not check the system. Calling them was a complete waste of time.

Shopped here for halloween, wonderful and vast selection of products. A perfect spot to shop when in need of theme or party supplies.

Very friendly staff, helped me choose the right balloons and that they would need high-float to stay up for the extra time I needed

I'm giving 5 stars for baloon quality. After my gender reveal baloon (Purchased from lets celebrate parties) which was given with no extra plastic ontop to cover it, popped twice infront of me before my guests came, leaving me to clean the confetti while pregnant and not leaving any trace TWICE! I called Lombards and they made me a beautifully decorated gender baloon in less than an hour. They saved my life and put it in a covered bag *which all shops should do*. Just makes me so upset remembering what I went through that day but Lombards saved the day

Amazing place for all your party and festivity needs. Went there for Halloween to get decorations and was blown away by the selection on offer. Also super friendly and helpful staff

An oddly placed store, but it never disappoints.
If your looking for casual party supplies, it's there.
If your looking for items to really creep the town out on Halloween, it's there.
You need balloons for that extravagant baby shower, they've got it covered.

I had some balloons made up for my disco party for Sat June 10th. My balloons looked fantastic! Thanks to Wendy, Sav, Vicki and Kira for doing a fantastic job! You all are always helpful in this store! Cheers, Michelle D.
