Poor service employees couldn't take 5 min to blow up 4 balloons because they had a order to finish

I went to buy Mickey mouse dress for my 4 years old. They don’t have many dresses for 4 years old. Although customer service was good.

The ladies at Lombard’s saved me! I completely forgot to order balloons for a wedding and had to call as soon as they opened to ask if they could help me. Luckily they were wonderful and told me to come in and they would help me. Honestly couldn’t be more thankful!

I would rather put no star i have been here more then enough times because its around the corner i use them to get my party balloons staff members are arrogant and favour people! The word racist i must say have seen this in others comments and there not wrong! They Come across rude too! There selection gets more less everytime i go in would prefer to go elsewhere.

I preordered large helium rainbow pattern balloons for my daughters 18th birthday party.
The balloons were a large 1 and 8.
When I picked up the balloons they were wrapped in a large plastic bag. Once I got home and took the balloons out of the plastic I noticed the 8 was visibly scratched in a few places. I called them straight away to let them know and the young girl on the phone said they were extremely busy so they didn’t have time to check the balloons. I relayed back to her that this is very disappointing and regardless of how busy they are they need to check all balloons for paying customers.
I recommend the party shop in Point Cook as they do these balloons.
There is no care factor with Lombard’s, they are more interested in profit and no care factor in customer service or satisfaction.

Friendly staff, I came in with an urgent request and they prioritised my order despite being busy.

I found that for being a party shop it was lacking as a one stop party shop which I expected. Limited wrapping paper, limited cards selection. Great balloon selection if you're looking for a huge baloon

I really don’t even wanted to give one star, As the ladies on the counter was rude and arrogant as they are favouring people by working there.completely ignorant as we standing on the counter to pay.while waiting for the order to get ready she rudely ask us to move away from the counter even though there were no other people shows her racist behaviour.will never recommend or go there again. As it was too insulting and disrespectful. They really need to teach there staff customer service and basic manners to treat the customer.

Discriminated by sales person, very rude behaviour, opiniated about all Asians, I would not recommend Lombard hoppers crossing for Asians.

Nice collection. The helium balloon became saggy the next day for the event. So ensure to collect helium balloons on the same day.

Purchased most of the items cake decorations for our granddaughters birthday. They even filled themed balloons from the USA. Great service

They only reply to the positive feedbacks. Just with this attitude itself we could clearly get it know how they are.

It seems like they’re not sitting there for business. The lady over there is the most racist person I’ve ever seen in my life. No courtesy no manners no etiquettes what so ever. I went there to collect my order and just wanted to order more balloons and she just said why? After getting no response from my end she said she doesn’t have time for extra orders and that she had other things to do. I was stunned, as it was my first experience of this kind. A business operational since 1969 should be committed to at least treating the stakeholders (customers are prime) with the respect they deserve. Customers willing to transact here should seriously consider either visiting a store with better staff or visit a competitor instead. And I would like to clarify that this has nothing to do with what they sell, as they have the perfect merchandise for party and decorations. But in my opinion, selling quality stuff doesn’t make up for insulting the very core aspect of the business. I’ll keep in mind next time to save myself some respect and take my business elsewhere.
